The window cleaners came promptly at the agreed time. I wasn't happy with the job and they missed a few windows. As soon as I called in, with my concerns, they sent another team who righted the problem and did an excellent job. Fantastic customer service. I'll be hiring them again in the spring again.

Heights Residential cleaned windows at my large home two years in a row and did a fantastic job, so much I send them over to my daughter in law's house as a gift for her and she was amazed at the quality of workmanship. I have since moved to a duplex and will be calling on them again.this spring.

Heights Residential did an amazing job, were quick and efficient, and made doing business a pleasure. Now, if only they did small reno jobs, my life would be sorted! Twice a year, our condo building arranges for Height Residential to clean the windows of units at the discretion and expense of the unit owners.
