TTT was very fast and professional. My wife and I were happy to get this job done. It looks beautiful and the worry of leaks and damage is gone. The workers were courteous and get the job done right and quickly.

The moment I met the guys who came to redo our Troughs I knew we chose the right company to do the work. Its beyond rare in home repairs to have employees who so obviously love the company they work for and in turn put that care into their work. Based on the workmanship and care these guys put into the work its apparent that Tip Top Troughs respect and care for their employees. This is the type of business I am happy to support. The moment I saw these guys working I knew that we were getting the best quality with a unique approach to attention to detail that has been lost in this workforce. They did a wonderful job. We needed a specific type of shed to fit under the stairs and the work was done quickly, efficiently, no mess, with care to our property.

We discovered a leak in our existing eaves troughs that was causing major water damage to an addition on our home. Our neighbour recommended TipTop Trough as they were very happy with their work on their home. I dealt with Shantal at the company who was very professional and very helpful. Thankfully we did not have to wait until spring to solve the problem as their crew came on the weekend and replaced the whole system on our addition. Thankfully we are well set now and don't have to worry about future rain storms damaging our home.

I had complaints about the job. The manager reached me the same day and told me theyre terribly sorry for the inconvenience that was caused.
Problem resolved quickly.

The 2 person crew showed up when they said they would and provided a thorough cleaning and inspection of my eavestroughs and downspouts. Very professional.

I have seen TipTopTrough signs and vehicles out and about all over the GTA, and when the need arose for some relevant work at my house, I wanted to give them a try.

The result was nothing short of the highest level of service, workmanship and affordability.

The work was focused on the gable fascia and I can't thank TipTopTrough enough for their timely work, as we needed the work done quick before the winter set in. TipTopTrough's flexibility in accommodating our needs was overly appreciated.

All in all, this is a strong 10/10 rating and TipTopTroughs has earned my business for any future needs.

We installed new eaves troughs, with leaf screens, and downpipes. Tip Top Troughs were great - highly responsive to emails, coming to check out our home for the estimate, answering questions and providing information in writing. The day of the installation, they came on time, were thorough in going over the work to be done, and did a great job of cleaning up after the installation.
So from start to finish, they were there to help us through the installation.

Our eavestroughs and gutters were out of date and not functioning optimally. Tip Top Trough gave the system a full clean-out, and then recommended some replacement/extension of downspouts. The work was done in a highly professional manner, and all the personnel were a pleasure to deal with!
