Had a very positive experience in hiring Harry to waterproof the entire perimeter of my home. The boys were very professional in terms of completing each step to perfection and restoring all disturbed areas. All shrubs were carefully dug up and replanted, a concrete walkway that had to be busted up was replaced better than the original and the portion of the driveway that had to be taken up was laid smoother than the part of the driveway that hadn't been disturbed. The property looks cleaner AND the basement is finally dry.

Our basement started off at 6 ft 2 inches with bad drains and damp spots. Chris oversaw our project and was always professional, helpful, knowledgeable, and courteous. His crew, led by Jakob, did an absolutely exceptional job of underpinning the entire basement, digging out a crawl space, replacing all beams and support posts, waterproofing, and replacing the drains. Our new height is now a beautiful 8 ft 2 inches and worth every penny (and believe me, it cost us a few :) ). The crew was skilled, hard-working, conscientious, extremely tidy, and very courteous toward us and our neighbours. They were a real pleasure to have in our home. A few weeks ago I came down to my basement to notice a puddle of water. I was searching for waterproofing companies, and selected City Wide Group because of their professional approach and presence. Overall it was a very positive experience. I would use them again if I had to (fingers crossed).

The majority of the work was done from the exterior of the home, with a portion of the work being done internally, due to restraints on the exterior. We had one wall along the driveway that was leaking. We chose to go with City Wide Group because of their reputation. They removed our old asphalt driveway, waterproofed the wall as per their estimate, and relayed the asphaly. My wife and I would never suspect that there was such a large excavation done. Very clean and professional. I wish all contractors operated like these guys!

I have recently hired City Wide to provide waterprofing service to my North York home. My decision to hire Harry and his crew is based on a comprehensive review of reputable waterproofing companies and ratings from consumer agencies such as Consumers Choice Award and Homestars. After a thorough examination of the completed work, I understand why City Wide was the receipient of Consumers Choice Award year after year. The job was really well done with attention to details. For example, the area was carefully regraded to ensure proper drainage, shrubs were trimmed and replanted, gates were reinstalled and carefully realigned to ensure proper operations, and the entire area was thoroughly cleaned up with no debris left behind. Harry and his crew have also installed additional waterproofing coverage to ensure the leakage problem is adequately addressed and installed a new window well to safegauard against water leakage through the window. All these additional jobs were done without extra cost to the customer.
