Grout Expectations

I've used this company twice now. They are everything you could wish for in a contractor - punctual, thorough, professional and communicate if there are any changes in, say, when they are coming - the work is excellent, of a high standard. I was so satisfied the first time I used them again this time - happily, just as satisfied. First time I had Chris and this time, Taylor - both did a great job - thank you, guys!

Excellent service - punctual, professional and extremely tidy. A pleasure to deal with a tradesperson who actually performs the task he contracted to do. We were very pleased and would use his services again.

Other reviewers have said it all but because of his exceptional service I think that Chris and his team deserve as many accolades as they can get. They are indeed punctual, pleasant and hard working. My floors look like the day they were installed 16 years ago. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Chris of Grout Expectations was highly recommended by a neighbour of ours. He came out promptly to quote on our job and I was immediately taken with his geniune and trustworthy demeanor. We have been burned many times in the past by tradespeople who we believed were honest and hardworking and are naturally apprehensive yet I had no qualms about Chris. He and his crew did an excellent job; it looks like we have a new floor! Refreshing to meet someone who believes in doing not just a mediocore job but an excellent one. He clearly takes pride. He also obliged us by arriving at our house earlier than normal so my husband didn't have to be inconvenienced.
This company will not disappoint in the least. Instead they will put a huge smile on your face!

Had to have the grout removed and replaced for our main floor porcelain flooring (3 rooms plus hallway) due to improper installation by kitchen renovation contractor. Chris Soper clearly explained why the grout was breaking up and coming out from between the tiles (wrong type of grout) and said that epoxy grout should have been used. He did an outstanding job removing all the old grout and replacing it with the correct epoxy grout. Our floor is now solid and should last for many, many years. We found Chris to be a true professional and highly recommend him.

I have used Great Expectations for our last 3 re-caulking jobs in our bathroom. They completed re-caulked our shower from ceiling to floor for only $100!...and that included pulling out all the old stuff too. I would definitely recommend using them for any grouting/caulking jobs.

Chris Soper, owner & operator, of Grout Expectations, regrouted and recaulked my son's shower stall due to mold in the grout.He cleaned the floor grout and sealed the tiles. He also cleaned up and partially regrouted sections of my oldest son's bathtub/tile surround. He did a very professional job and conducted himself in a very professional manner. He was timely, hardworking, pleasant, presented himself well and was true to his initial quoted price. He also cleaned up after himself. Regrouting is a messy job! I was very satifisfied when the job was completed and would rehire/recommend him.
