I contacted Creative Gardens to have a fence put up in our backyard, and to have a small pergola built. Both my fence and pergola were very well built. You were able to see the quality of the work the team did. The fence is sturdy and has fine finishing all around. The workers always showed up on time, and completed the project in a timely manor.
My pergola was a custom build as per requested and it turned out great as well. It was evident that even the finest details were completed with care and not simply rushed through. You could tell the team took pride in the work they did and it showed.
I have contacted Creative Gardens to build a deck this summer as well. Top-notch team!

Royal Impressions helped us renovate our basement so we could have our son’s bedroom set up. We already had a partially finished basement and needed someone to install a bathroom and floor the entire basement. We found the company on Homestars and were pleased with the results.

The guys helped us pick custom flooring. They were able to help us select and bring various different wood samples out to the house and this turned out to be extremely beneficial in deciding on which wood placed best in our basement.

The basement washroom along with the finishing also turned out great. We just wanted a basic small washroom installed. Royal Impressions delivered and made the basic washroom actually into a very appealing washroom – my wife and I were definitely impressed.

My wife and I hired Creative Gardens last year to build a stone patio with new steps and a front porch. Did some substantial amount of research, reviewed some pictures of the companies past work, and my wife and I decided to give the company a go. Rowan was professional and easy to work with. The patio and steps look great. And the front porch has received numerous compliments since its completion.

There were no hidden costs and the job was completed on time as initially agreed upon. We are not normally ones to leave reviews, but felt that Rowan and the entire Creative Gardens team deserved some recognition for all their hard work.

I recently got my master bath renovated with Royal Impressions and was greatly impressed with the work that was completed. I had my bathtub replaced, new toilet, sinks, vanity and had new tiles put in on the floor/wall. The tiles had specific designer patterns spread throughout them and I could not have been more impressed with the placement and outcome. We were a bit picky with the tiling and pattern formation and wanted it customized and done perfectly. At last, the Royal Impressions performance was outstanding. Even around the patterned areas the tiles were placed perfectly. The surrounding area of the bathtub had tiles cut precisely to match the shape of the tub. Needless to say eventhough we were picky but finally, I was very impressed. You could tell this company actually took their time and genuinely cared about producing a good result. I would definitely recommend the Royal Impression team for anyone looking to re do their washroom. I will be using them in the spring to tile my downstairs powder room as well.

We hired Creative Gardens back in September to build a new cedar deck along with some landscaping and tree planting and we were super impressed. The deck turned out phenomenal. I actually felt as though I received the quality I had paid for. The workers on the Creative Garden team were extremely professional and polite while working.

The landscaping around the deck was also quite beautiful. I enjoy gardening myself and was hesitant about hiring someone to help me further with it. When I saw the final product I was astonished at how wonderful it turned out. The team picked plants that complimented each other perfectly and blended together. I definitely would not have had an eye for the landscaping details like this team did. I highly recommend Creative Gardens to anyone who is looking to have a new deck put in and some landscaping done in their backyard.

I found Royal Impressions on Homestars and I am so grateful that I did. Rowan got in contact with me quickly and was great about meeting with me at a time that actually worked best for me. I got my granite countertop replaced along with a new backsplash. When Rowan came out and I informed him what I was looking to have done he provide insightful tips. We purchased a 30 year old home in Milton knowing that the 70’s interior would need a complete renovation. We contracted P2 Contractors to complete this renovation for us. The owner, Rowan was very accommodating, knowledgeable, informative and upfront. His aim was to keep us informed and satisfied every step of the way.

We renovated every inch of the home including 3 bathrooms, our kitchen, laundry room, fireplace, interior closets, flooring, paint, electrical, plumbing and our basement which included the installation of a second kitchen.

Rowan’s team was always punctual, reliable, professional and precise. As with any renovation project, we sometimes faced the unexpected, however Rowan and team always found a solution that worked best for us.

We felt like Rowan made our project his ‘personal project’. We couldn’t be more pleased with the results of our renovation and we love our new home!

P2 Contracting completed our drive way, walkway and landscaping last summer. We were very impressed with their professionalism and quality of work. They met with us at the start of the project, provided a detailed statement of work and associated cost as well as a fantastic design.

The work was completed on time and within the agreed budget and most importantly, we were very pleased with the end product.

It was a pleasure working with the P2 team.

I had hired a contractor to do an 85,000 C$ home renovation who subsequently proved to be a disastrous choice. Based on a recommendation, Rowan of P2 contracting agreed to come look at the work the contractor had done and recommend a course of action. His recommendation was a complete gut and restart.

Before hiring Rowan and P2 Contracting, I brought in an independent home inspector to evaluate the situation as well. The home inspector was in complete agreement that the job was a complete gut and that nothing the previous contractor had done could be salvaged. That was a costly 45000 C$ (approximately) down the drain.

This is the situation that P2 contracting walked into. Needless to say, it was an extremely difficult situation for us and the whole P2 contracting team was very sensitive to that. They quickly got a handle on the scope of work, and presented us with the costing and time frame to do the renovations. Needless to say, there were surprises along the way, such as the fact that the previous contractor had cut into a structural beam and covered it up with tiling. Also, all the plumbing was not done according to code. Rowan went through each situation with us, explained what would need to be done and the costs associated with it. He involved an engineer to ensure that they did the right things to rectify the issues they found.

The final renovation cost about 110,000 C$ due to the fact that Rowan and team had to fix a lot of problems that the previous contractor had done, as well as us adding more scope to the job when we saw that P2 Contracting was doing such a great job.

Having said all that, we couldn't be more pleased with the result of the renovations that P2 Contracting delivered. Everything was well done, the bathrooms are stunning, and inspections were done throughout the job. I have no hesitation in recommending them.
