It is pleasure to post a review for Creative Gardens. We hired them least year in summer for a small drive way job. As our driveway had been cracked and damaged over the years we hired them to redo it in modern stone look. They were very quick to respond to us and provide a price quote within the same day of meeting up with us. Their customer service was unbeatable and friendly. Thanks to the guys for making our home front look great!! They are very approachable and customer service oriented. Work was completed on time and budget. We never had any problems with them.

I hired Dave & his guys to build me a deck in my newly purchased home. The project was initiated last summer. Overall, they did a great job with the design and setup of the deck.The deck is very nicely posted and mounted. The quality of the craftsmanship and work is excellent. There were many great ideas presented by Dave such as pot lights on deck and glass handrails. The design they suggested looks outstanding and was surprisingly affordable for that it is. The finishing makes it look like an antique shined wood. We love the new deck, Very satisfied with the work. Surely a 10/10

I am pleased to write in praise of the guys who-can-do-anything contractors.. I have relied on Jonathan for the last few years for all my home owner and renovation problems. I live in a very old house and as a single parent I find it quite hard to know or deal with a lot of the HOME-PROBLEMS I don’t really know about. Initially I met Jonathan while I was getting price quotes. Their team provided a great service. All workers were professional, courteous, and friendly. Everything was explained and options given. The price was competitive and the estimate was right on.I hired them for a bigger home renovation once I moved in this house. They repaired and did everything from drains to fix a flooding basement, replacing front stone steps, repaired leaks, full bathroom renovation with paint and drywall. They are wonderful to work with: Always prompt, reliable, cheerful, tidy and do really good, quality work. When I say I rely on him, I mean it! Frankly, I could not manage this old house without Jonathan’s help! He supplies thoroughly itemized invoices and his prices are more than fair considering they do a quality good job. I would recommend the team any day..They are simply my go-to guys for Home Improvements

We hired royal impressions team last year to renovate our kitchen. Our kitchen used to look like a disaster. They did an outstanding job with everything. The entire project was completed to our satisfaction and expectations. All little details were finalized exactly the way we wanted. Jonathan is a great contractor to work with. He is very helpful and always generally interested in helping out. I had a great experience with Royal Impressions. I will hire them again for more renovations in our home for future.

I am leaving a 10/10 rating for Roy and the Royal Impressions team. Our basement previously had carpet. As an upgrade we hired them to install hardwood flooring in the basement only. We had a great experience from the day we met up with the project manager Roy. We were given a detailed price package along with many samples of wood within the same shade we had chosen. After shopping around we found their prices to be fair for hardwood installation and material prices were better then others. The project has no problems or complaints. All the assigned work was carefully planned and completed within a given time frame. All installation had a full 2 year warranty & the company was helpful to deal with. We would highly recommend them for any flooring related work.

We hired Creative Gardens a few months back to to fix up our home's front steps. Due to weather the concrete steps had become unsafe and cracked. We got a few quotes from contractors. We decided to go to Creative Gardens since seemed the most knowledgeable and suggested best suitable ideas within our budget that would create a curb appeal. We never had any hassle's dealing with them. Their prices were on the higher end but reasonable for the job done. The work was completed on time as outlined in the contract.We would surely hire them again.

From the very beginning my husband found Dave and his team to be very professional and courteous. Hiring a new contractor usually scares us (since my last contractor swindled me of 1500$ and never ever showed up). Dave and his team put all my fears to rest very early on. The did a very great presentation with over 5 initial visits even before we paid a deposit simply to show us options and ideas for new decks until we loved a specific style. Once we had chosen the style and wood they began work within a few days. We hired them to build a secure backyard deck for our young kids to play on, something that was durable and practical. His team was always on time and worked very hard throughout the day in the heat wave of the summer. Talking to some of the workers my husband found them to be very friendly and all seem to take pride in what they did. Our Deck came out absolutely perfect (better than what I had hoped for or expected). We will never hesitate to use their service again. Seeing this quality of work I have booked them to take down my old shed and build a new one this summer. A big thank you to Creative Gardens team.

It's our pleasure to say that service provided by Jonathan is beyond excellence! My vision was to create an ensuite washroom in my basement bedroom for which the style and design has to match seamlessly with the rest of my house. Jonathan has spent tremendous effort in ensuring that aspects of the job are done perfectly. One of the many examples is that he has brought in different wood and floor samples to identify the most compatible option to merge with the overall design of the house. Moreover, he has done lots of research to eventually find us the hardware that cannot be offered in the local market. Although Royal Impressions pricing is not the cheapest, we believe they have proved to be the be some of the best contractors in the market. As far as our opinion goes, Jonathan is very professional and open minded. We like he is very easy to talk to with a friendly attitude. He understands all the areas in his business; he can always turn an idea into reality because he always challenges himself to find the best solution. In addition, he is a perfectionist to achieve the best quality. We won't hesitate to recommend him to any of our friends and family members. Thoroughly professional- on time, on budget, and of excellent quality. We even made requested revisions with professionalism and courtesy

Our experience with Jonathan and his crew was excellent. Jon was recommended by a colleague at work who'd had a very positive experience and I'm happy to say that we've had the same. To start with; the estimate was clear and detailed, the work started and was completed on time - and on the exact quoted budget! Royal impressions team is clearly committed to a standard of workmanship that is often thought to be lacking in contractors today. We learned they would not accept the smallest imperfection in drywall, trim or painting. I noticed this when I asked some of the guys why they redid certain things, some of the things that were pointed out me were somewhat shocking since they were things that I would of never noticed or cared about. It showed me that the team is a perfectionist.
They did an excellent job on our basement reno. One bedroom basement, bathroom and a hallway had been completed rite on time as agreed. The team worked long hours every day, sometimes on weekends and holidays, finished everything on time and with high quality. Every little detail was looked after. We also asked them to do tile back splash in our kitchen, the were nice enough to give us a super low price for it & excellent work! Reasonable cost, clear estimates, no hidden costs, pleasure to work with, highly recommended! In future for home renovations, they will be the only quote we will be looking for.

I hired Roy last summer before putting up my Brampton house for sale. Initially, I was unsure how to proceed with the entire project but knowing an uplift to the house would be a definite increase in value. I decided to consult a few contractors. Roy did a great job advising what was best suitable for my budget, and moreover what could create the best possible look for increasing the home resale value. I was impressed by the great job they did on my 20 year old looking home.
Soon after discussing possibilities and a detailed estimate, Roy brought in a crew that got started – exactly when they said they would. The challenge included tearing down a couple of walls, putting up a number of walls, upgrading electrical, painting, fixing floors & more. Each and every day, I was pleased with the evident progress. I was also impressed with the tidiness each and every work day. Along the way, Roy made a point of discussing progress, concerns, solutions, and budget impacts. In the end, my numerous changes and upgrades were not cause for surprise. Surprise came in the form of a beautifully finished, warm, cozy, comfortable place – something I wish I had done while living in the house myself.
I will use Royal Impressions again and will strongly recommend to friends and or family.
