It was the coldest night of January and our newborn was already in bed when we realized that the house was getting colder by the minute ... our furnace had stopped working.
In a panic, I called CCM expecting to leave a message, when Jason actually picked up the phone. He walked me through checking over the furnace and showed me how to re-set the dodgy igniter and run the furnace until he could show up with a replacement igniter the next morning.
Not only did he keep us warm that night, but was there the very next day, bright and early, with a new igniter.
He also fixed a few questionable configurations made by the home builder to improve the efficiency of the furnace.
Professionalism and Customer Service at its very best.
