The quality of workmanship at Titans is superior. Titans only uses higher quality 50 year shingles and sends an inspector to sign off on the installation before asking the customer to pay out of pocket. The staff is also very knowledgeable and professional. They took the time to answer all of my questions in detail and provided me with supporting documentation and photos.

It's just good practice to provide a FREE Pre-Inspection prior to the estimate stage, and then to perform a Post Inspection at completion - Everything is documented! Each project requires a plan of action VS the sales guy in a truck, pitching a price from the ground and leaving a quote in the mailbox :-(
