Hi, while we do appreciate your business very much, and do accept any feedback, the feedback here was explained to you at the time of your inquiry, that during the windstorm havoc, it is possible that we don't have a very close match for your patch, and that the repairs are only to prevent rain from entering your attic and damaging your home. We achieved that. Our techs work around the clock like emergency hydro wire workers. We'd recommend you order a follow up service for an exact match or a full replacement roof as the integrity of your existing roof is damaged by winds.
