We recently had our roof replaced by Titans and couldn't be happier with the service and quality that we received. Shawn and his team were thorough, professional and did the job quickly and efficiently. The little extras made the difference for us. We contacted Titans to do our roof as our neighbor and several others on the street had used Titans to do their roof and everyone is extremely pleased with their quality and service.
From the selection of the shingles (who knew there were so many colors) to the very end Titans was extremely professional and their quality of work shows in the end. They did a great job keeping the area clean and did a fantastic job with the roof. We even went with a different color and we like our new roof better than the original one.

It's my pleasure to highly recommend this Roofing Company to my closest of family and friends. I spent countless hours reading reviews on roofers and I'm so glad I chose Titans Roofworks Inc. I called Titan's and a very pleasant Lady quoted $289.00 tax included to replace up to 10 shingles and to do a general roof inspection. Like most others, I've heard the horror stories of roofers so I was apprehensive about a low quote but my gut said go for it. The tech arrived the following day and up he went. I heard him on the roof so I went out to watch. He replaced the missing shingle and very methodically caulked the roof and drove in nails. When he came down I was not expecting to hear this, " your roof is in good condition Sir and should last another 5-8 years". He informed me of what he did and I was so impressed by his integrity in not trying to up sell me a new roof that I didn't need that I have signed up for annual roof inspections every Spring. I needed a new roof because of storm damage. I called several places for estimates. Titan came right away and their representative was very professional. He clearly knew his work. I hired them and recommended them to my son and they are going to do his roof as well. Excellent service.

i have never been so impressed in my life they were professional, , came in did great job there was no mess no fuss not even a nail left over, . they finished the job the same day, didnt even stop for lunch. let me tell you i have seen other roofers and none compare job well done

After a couple of heavy windstorms had me retrieving shingles from the driveway, I gazed upwards and realized a few missing shingles wasn’t the least of my problems; a new roof was definitely overdue. I turned to HomeStars to help me locate a top-rated, local company and ended up contacting Titans Roof Works and one other. Both companies responded promptly. The first wanted me to be present when they came to do the quote, and I foolishly sat at home waiting for them to show up. I never heard another word from “Company A”. I now consider that to be my lucky day. Titans also responded promptly, and I came home from work to find a detailed estimate waiting for me sooner than expected. When Shawn met with me in person – right on schedule -- to finalize the contract and select the colour, he didn’t rush the meeting and was very thorough and helpful. I had done some research into shingles and knew I wanted CertainTeed Landmark shingles – that was the extent of my input. In the end, Shawn’s help with the final colour choice and the crew’s input with how to deal with a ‘dip’ in a very old roof resulted in a fantastic job. I still smile as I pull into my driveway. Shawn arrived when he said he would, examined the roof, showed us our options and set our minds at ease.

I have been doing business with Titans for about 6 years. They first started putting up my Christmas lights. Their workmanship, respect for my property and customer service was impeccable compared to other contractors I had used in the past. When a wind/rain storm damaged my roof rather badly, I had no reservations in calling Titans and asking them to repair it. Again, their service was oustanding and Shawn recommended the repair rather than replacing the whole roof, which was still in good condition. In October 2011, I called in 4 roofing companies to give me quotes to replace my old roof. All the homes on my street have also had their roofs replaced over the past 3 years. In total, 3 different roofing companies have been on our street and I did not call one of them. Out of the 4 companies that I did call, Shawn was the only one who was on time, knew exactly what was going to be done, was very knowledgeable about the product he uses, as well as other products he does not use and the reasons why he doesn't use them, answered all my questions in a concerned and caring manner and was genuinely interested in my concerns and the job at hand rather than just trying to make a quick sale. His employees are extremely professional and behaved in a very respectful manner while they were on my property. They were quiet, neat and tidy. My neighbours commented on the fact that they heard no bad language at all and the property was clean even while they were working. The quote was extremely reasonable and there were no hidden surprises. The new roof is fabulous and the crew showed a great deal of pride in their workmanship. Titans office personnel are also extremely efficient and friendly. Messages are answered without delay and questions are answered in a knowledgeable manner. When the downspout started leaking, I turned to Titans for help and they took care of it in a timely manner. This is a company I have absolutely no problem in recommending at all. They are geared towards an extremely high standard of workmanship, prompt and excellent after-sales service and superior customer satisfaction.
