As many people below have shared the same experience we did, we still wanted to write a review about Shaun and Titan Roofworks...words to describe Shaun are professional, dedicated, personable, thorough and outstanding!! We also had a leak and the roof needed to be replaced and Shaun was there quickly providing a quote, with pictures and explained every detailed. And we were totally confident that Shaun would take care of us! Great feeling to have with a vendor!! Thanks again Shaun for everything! We would HIGHLY recommend Titans!!

Needed a new roof. Did thorough research of best roofing companies. Got multiple quotes. Titan was mid range. But great reviews and knew people who used them. Shawn and Max and team did an outstanding job. Had most thorough proposal, pleasure to deal with, reliable, professional, cleaned up well. Best in the business in our opinion!

Pre-sales was excellent in helping us make our selection. We were worried in the fall about the old roof. Shawn inspected and said it was OK for the winter, and it was. No pressure at all. We were not home when the roof was done, but great care was taken to leave a clean site and nothing disturbed. The new roof looks great!

Shawn and the Titan's team are 11 out of 10!!! Their customer service excellence and installation quality is unequalled in the business (I’ve been in the construction and building maintenance business for over 30 years). From 4 quotes, Titan's provided the best value and quality by a country mile. They installed GAF shingles that will last a very long time and also look fantastic....included was a proper underlay across the entire roof, with ice shield around all edges and valleys. They also installed really nice new aluminium vents and flashings. Shawn’s communication style was excellent; he always called back quickly and provided informative and helpful information. The Titan’s crew were roofing warriors, they worked great as a team, very organized and clean…extremely accurate lines and ridges. I highly recommend Titan’s for any roofing work...it just doesn’t get any better!!

Titans replaced our roof in 2009. In March 2011 I experience a leak which was coming from the top of my chimney, not the roof. I called Titans not knowing what the problem was. Their level of customer service was unmatched by any person or business that I have had contact with in the last 10 years. They made us a priority even though it wasn't a roofing issue and we did appreciate it.
I was so impressed with their work and customer service that I recommended them to a very close friend of mine that lives in Brampton and is in need of a new roof. Had my roof replaced this summer by one of Titans crews. After about 40 hours of research covering everything from contractors, shingle manufactures, how to shingle a roof, and viewing jobs already completed by the roofing companies that I narrowed my choices down to, I was completely confident in selecting Titan Roofing to do my roof. Shaun was a compete professional. From our first of many contacts, he was very personable, thorough and available for my multiple inquires. The job was competed when he said it would be. I was home when a good part of the work was being done. The weather was very hot and humid those 2 days, so I invited the crew for a swim. Got to know them a bit seemed like great guys, and very respectful. Shawn stopped by and met with me during the job, to see how the guys where doing and if I had any questions. They did a good job of cleaning up.
I had 6 estimates (most from the best of HomeStars reviews), then narrowed it down to 2 which I talked to extensively and reviewed their work. It was an easy decision, I wanted Titans to do my roof. The price was competitive. I had 2 layers of shingles removed on a 2500 sq ft house. (75 bundles of shingles) I did have some extras that added to the cost. I went with CertainTeed Landmark singles which consumer reports recommends in this grade/type of shingles.(This was a harder conclusion to come to as all shingle makes have had lots of class action law suits against them. Hopefully things have improved in the last couple of years.)
So to this day, all is looking good, after some heavy rain falls and windy days, all is intact and not leaking.
I hope this review will help others with selecting their roofing contractor. Thanks Titans you all did a great job, and I totally recommend you.

Had an excellent experience with Titan over the Summer. We needed a new roof and after reviewing Homestars we contacted Titan for an estimate. There was absolutely no pressure. Shawn Lowe left a detailed estimate in our mailbox complete with pictures in a very nice presentation folder. His price was competative and after reading all the reviews I had no reservations about having Titan undertake the work. Shawn came to the house to present and have me sign the contract. He was very thorough in explaining how they would complete the work and what materials they would be using. He couldn't give me an exact date they would start the work (due to concerns about the weather) but guaranteed it would be completed before the end of the month. True to his work the work was completed two weeks later. The work and clean-up was awesome. We're very pleased with the results and highly recommend Titan and Shawn to anyone needing a new roof.

With a leaky roof, replacing it was a “must”. Titans Roofing provided an estimate within days, including photos and a description of the work to be done. They did an outstanding job, on time and executed as promised. After some "wildlife removal experts” caused a serious leak in the roof, Titans came back to fix it. Can’t ask for more.
