We've used Barbara and her staging services twice now. The first time the house really needed the help and all went well. But this last sale, the house was in great shape, our furniture was nicer, and we had the prior experience. I figured we could do it ourselves and save a few bucks.

We decided to use Barbara again and wow, what a difference! The place looked pro instead of just nice. She used a bunch of our furniture but we did empty most of the house before she started. When she and her team were done I couldn't believe the transformation. Totally worth the cost.

As Barbara mentioned there is a difference between a "living" setup and a "selling" setup. You wouldn't live with it easily but it sure shows well.

Especially in the aggressive Toronto market I'd recommend Alpha One with no reservations.
