I always call Mr. Rooter when I have any plumbing problems! I request the same Technician, Corey, each time as he is extremely professional, knowledgeable and personable. He always shows sincere concern for my plumbing issues and remembers past visits and outcomes, which helps him to determine and solve any current problems. His level of customer service is outstanding and I'm made to feel that Mr. Rooter truly values my business! I would recommend that anyone needing Plumbing services should call Mr. Rooter! And request Corey if he's in your area :)

After 15 months of trouble-free operation, our Aqua-Protec sewer backflow prevention valve system starting having infrequent false triggering of a sewer backflow. After superb remote support from the device manufacturer AND Mr. Rooter, the problem was not totally resolved.
A Mr. Rooter technician came to investigate and determine the root cause of the problem. This was done thoroughly, quickly and professionally and the issue was easily resolved. Further onsite investigation also ruled out potential contributing factors such as tree roots in the main drain.
There was NO charge for this service call.

The next day the technician forwarded a copies of the videos inside the pipes taken during the visit.

All my interactions with Mr. Rooter in Ottawa have been of the utmost professionalism and honesty. I would not hesitate to call them for any plumbing job.

I live in an older high-rise condo that had very old and strangely configured franken-plumbing under the sink. It was a case that required experience and expertise and Richard instilled such confidence, and handled the job beautifully, despite it being a challenge.

I had had a previous experience with a less seasoned plumber who was not skilled enough to handle the quirks of older plumbing, so it was very reassuring to see someone so adept and up to the challenge this time.

We had such a great experience in our replacement of our water holding tank. Our technician provided all of our options, costs and explained the work that was to be performed. Work done same day and had water back on with a few short hours. After service was completed our technician provided a detailed account of the work performed and ensured I understood everything. Our technician was Richard and we will definitely use him for our next project we need completed.

During the Covid pandemic, I required plumbing work urgently. Jeremy was dispatched to fixed the broken pipe under my sink and unclog the pipes. He did not have the part with him in his truck but made a quick trip back to his shop in order to find the equipment needed to do the necessary fixes. The quote, trip back to his shop and the fix took about 2 hours which was fantastic. Jeremy was great and professional, and took the necessary precautions.

The emergency shut-off valve was replaced and a minor rebuild was done on the toilet. I was very satisfied with the service and would recommend Richard and the company’s services.

They were able to come earlier than the scheduled time which was great. Both Ryan and Mitch were clean, friendly, and extremely professional. Different options were presented to us, with no pressure whatsoever. The work was done in a timely manner, and everything was left spotless when they finished. We would confidently choose Mr. Rooter again, and would happily have Ryan and Mitch as our technicians.

We had a leaky kitchen sink with a foul smell and two other sinks in the house with different problems. We wanted this to be taken care of all at once.
