We had a total of 4 quotes from companies listed on Homestars. Guardian Seal had the best quote and their plan did not cause any inconvenience to us at all. We were afraid waterproofing the front of the house would involve taking out our front porch and stairs but not so with Guardian Seal. Joe Eddine had his crew dug under the porch and around it. They finished the job quickly and efficiently (Less that 2 days.) Joe was courteous and prompt. Excellent company and experience.
