I've had some problems with my roof but I was confident with Mr Roof Repair behind me. I've never have to deal with any other roofer in Toronto. Mr Roof Repair had it all! They have top of the industry service, staff is amazing and we were dealt with highly professional roofers. As a homeowner , you would want a roofer that also values your home. They have been with us from start to finish. It is truly great to know that someone out there values your home as much as we do. The service they provide was impressive and they promptly return calls. I wanted to specifically mention Shirlee, Ben, his assistant Ryan who has been truly amazing. I have only good things to say about you and the company that you represent. For my neighbors and friends that have asked, I do not hesitate to recommend this company.

We had raccoons ripping up our porch roof. Melissa was sent within a couple of days and did an excellent assessment and initial problem solving.
We received a quote later. Too early to tell if cost is reasonable or assess this work. We proceed as we need to move forward.

I had some racoon damage to a part of my roof (ripped up shingles) and so I happened upon Mr Roof Repair through a google search after striking out with another roofer who failed to show up for an estimate. I have to say that I was thoroughly impressed with their professionalism. I did everything through the phone where they outlined the process which included an estimate (reasonable to me) if they could fix the problem on the spot. I phoned on a friday and they showed up on monday during the 3 hour window that they gave and fixed the problem. I was at work and kept expecting a call to say 'oh there's a problem', but no it all went as smooth as silk. They also did a thorough assessment of the roof and within 5 days they provided a written report and estimate of some other issues (some of which I was aware). I definitely recommend Mr Roof Repair because of their professionalism and reasonable cost.

We noticed a leak in our second floor. I went outside and I could see that there was a piece of moulding that had somehow come off of one of our dormers upstairs. I called Monday, they couldn't come yesterday because of snow, but they came today and fixed it. Ben was great. He got here promptly, was very polite and friendly, did a thorough inspection, and did the repair. He also walked around on the flat roof and sealed a few things, and also looked at the plumbing stacks. He thinks that the source of the leak may be a crack in one of the stacks. It reflects very well on him that he did not, for example, tell me that he needed to do many hours of extra exploration, or replace large sections of the roof. so I was just delighted.

I went to Mr. Roof Repair with bathroom exhaust fan issue that needed to be fixed before we could add any insulation to the attic of the house. The bathroom exhaust fan had been venting into the attic for years and it was creating a potential for mold growth in the attic. I had been told by the insulation company that this would be a difficult fix because of the height and the incline of the roof, but when I call Mr. Roof Repair, they said it would not be a problem. Within a matter of days, they had fixed the exhaust to vent properly through the roof, and the work was done well within the timeline that was needed for the attic insulation work to begin. I'm very happy with their work and customer service.

I had water leaking through some light fixtures and some window and door frames. They had a look in the attic and outside on the roof. In the assessment process, they e-mail a very thorough assessment with pictures, information and issues by priority. They also list some issues that are outside of their work, such a masonry issues that could result in damage and leaks. The assessment made sense and was accurate, and informative since I am a new homeowner. They also separated the quote into different sections depending on the route I wanted to take for repairs. The assessment also gave information about how roofing repairs is regulated in Ontario. They were honest about the work that needed to be done and did not inflate the work that needed to be done. I also received clear communication through out the process by friendly staff.

At first, when I discovered my leaky rood I reached out to a previous contractor that did my ease troughs. Because the job was more of a spot repair they informed me that they don't repair existing roofs. They actually recommended Mr. Roof Repair given how fast they respond and the type of work needed.

I was very happy with my service from Mr. Roof Repair. Even before I contracted them, they spent 1hr with me on the phone taking me through their service and addressing my questions/concerns. When I had the work contracted, they showed up on time, managed the interaction with my troublesome neighbors and left my house clean and nail free.

Mr. Roof Repair will definitely be my go to contractor for my roof in the future.

I like how they took lots of pictures and sent them to me to do the assessment. Everyone was friendly that I dealt with. They did a thorough job for sure.
