We recently purchased a house which had some roofing issues including a lack of proper air flow into the attic space. We tried contacting several companies, but the first and best reply came from Mr. Roof Repair. They sent out an inspection team to review the problem, did a careful inspection and gave us a detailed report of what we needed to do. The two bathroom fans in my old house did not connect to the roof, instead they were hanging around in the attic. I search around, found out Mr. Roof Repair is very professional in this field. The crew show up on time, very polite and professional. After 1 hour, my fans are connected to the roof. Also they showed me the pictures, and explained my roof issue. 5 days later, I received detailed inspection reports, very impressive. I highly recommend Mr. Roof Repair.

I would give them 10/10, however it took a while to get a hold of someone to review the report.

Impressed by the prompt reply. For such a small job, lots of companies, even those with high rating, were not willing to take prompt attention. This company took less than a week from getting the call to completing the job. The price is very competitive too.

We had problems with water over-runs from our eaves troughs and contacted the company on the weekend by email. We received a call back within a few hours and the employee was viewing our house from Google Street View and helping to diagnose the problem. He was very courteous and professional and everything happened as he said it would. The crew showed up and provided the quote and we are going to go ahead!

I called a few roofing companies and Mr. Roof Repair was very professional and interested to do the job of adding 2 roof vents for our bathroom fans. Melissa and John came the next day and did an amazing job of putting in the 2 vents and capturing any defects in the existing roof on camera and sending us an extremely thorough report including all the pictures. Melissa also applied a sealant over the cover around the plumbing pipe on the roof that was cracked and could be a future problem. John corrected a problem we were having with a new fan added to our bathroom by going into the attic and finding an improper connection and making it right. They were a great team and work quickly, thoroughly and very professionally.
In conclusion I would highly recommend Mr. Roof Repairs and will be calling them to replace our roof in the near future. Thanks for a great job!!

Called Mr. Roof Repair after finding them on Homestars. Moved into a new house 6 months ago and wanted an assessment done on our roof. Right from the first call the team was professional and there was a lot of communication. The guys showed up on time and were knowledgeable and respectful. I called Mr. Roof Repair to install a bathroom vent and provide a quote to replace dips in my roof and to replace the shingles. I booked the bathroom vent install and they completed the work quickly.
About 1 week later I received a full assessment report of the roofing system and a quote to complete the work. The assessment report was very detailed and provided pictures of various aspects of the roof that needed repair.
