Had an issue with damaged siding, courtesy of Ontario Power Stream no less, and had tried to get some of the other teams I'd seen on the street to effect repairs. Waste of time. Then I called Julian at Mr Roof Repair. He had me send a photo of the proposed work and after a return call later that day it was a go. All the follow on e-mails arrived promptly and as stated leading up to the job.
Ben and his assistant arrived on schedule and knocked off the job in record time, looking at it you can't tell what was wrong before. They also noticed a leak around the nearby flashing and sealed that as well while they were up there.
Look if you're thinking about roofing, be it repair, replace or new, I wouldn't waste my time looking around and calling anyone else. Top notch service every step of the way, both on site and during the run up/contact phase. Trust me here, just call, you won't regret it

Called them up, appointment was easy to book. They do take a 149 plus tax fee for their assessment that must be paid ahead of time. If you choose to go forward with any repairs this cost is deducted. Their staff came on time and did a solid inspection and mentioned some other work that should be done. A full report was sent to me four days later for my consideration.

I bought an older home with a pool that was well over 20 years old and was not being cared for or maintained as well as it should have been.
Taunton Pools came out over the 2015 summer season when I needed them to. They also took the time to teach me how to maintain the water and pump etc at no cost. I got a lot of good support from them and they were always willing to help and answer questions when I needed.
I had to spend a lot of money to replace different parts of the mechaisms to run the pool and they were professional and prompt.
I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I was concerned about a section of my roof that was showing wear from years of water draining out of a downspout from the third story roof onto the second story roof. I got an inspection and quote from another company who wanted to replace 75% of the roof, costing me thousands. Wanting a second opinion, I called Mr.Roof Repair.

Mr.Roof Repair sent out two technicians who were polite, professional, and took the time to answer all of my questions. They inspected my entire roof, showed me pictures and were honest about the necessary repairs. All I needed at this time was to extend the downspout. They came back the following week and extended the downspout from the third story roof to directly discharge into the eavestrough of the second story roof.

If you're looking for an honest company who isn't looking to make a quick buck with unnecessary repairs, I'd call Mr.Roof Repair. It's been over a year and a half since the repair and things are still looking good.

They came as scheduled which was within a day of me contacting them. They did a thorough & professional job and I am very satisfied with the work they did. The price might have been a tad on the high side but I guess that's the cost of living in Toronto.

We hired Mr. Roof Repair to come out and give us an assessment on our roof as we had our singles blown off several times over winter despite having a fairly new house and roof. They provided us with a detailed report rating different areas of our roof. They also rated the repairs and prioritized maintenace. We were surprised we had so many difficiencies even though our roof was less than 10 years old. The report detailed how to address each issue and the cost. It will cost approximately 3k to bring it up to standard but save us from much bigger issues in the future. We feel this cost was well earned based on the information they provided and the additional time they spent answering our questions.

I got Mr. Roof Repair to come have a look at my aged roof to confirm it's health, as I just moved in 6 months ago. The report is well worth the money... I also had a few shingles that were missing so got them to put those on for me while here as well. Very fair, and recommended.

I reached out to Mr. Roof Repair in regards to a roof leak surfacing from the bathroom fan and I spoke to David who was very knowledgable and helpful in regards to explaining what work would be done and the cost. The repairman was helpful and did a thorough job with the assessment that was provided to us in a timely manner. We will be getting a more permanent repair completed by them in the weeks to come. Very satisfied up to now.

We had an issue with our gutters, and they were prompt about coming to assess the state of all of our roofing components. Suggested fixes that should be done, and others that wouldn't be worth it. They were open to questions and customer service far exceeded my expectations. We will be using them soon for some of the recommended permanent fixes too.

We notice water on the outside of our furnace pipe. The water was coming down after a rain storm from our roof down to our furnace.
They came the next day, they inspected my roof corrected the problem, my rain collar open allowing water to enter, exposed nails etc. They corrected everything that day, gave me future recommendations. I have used them before and they are the only company that i trust.
