Come the next day I called. Other roofers just never showed up. Thank you for showing up. But I still haven't get my quote for my new roof. Other than my quote, the work was well done

When there were obvious signs that my roof was in need of a repair, I started making phone calls. Even though I only required a repair, and not an entire roof, Mr Roof Repair was quick to return my call.
The roofers came to do an inspection, found problem areas and took the time to explain to me what was happening on the roof. This was followed up a few days later with pictures and a written estimate.
It was pleasant talking with both the office people and with the guys who came to work on the roof. They took the time to communicate with me and to resolve any questions about the upcoming work. After I agreed to the work order, the work was done in a timely manner. Very pleasant team to deal with.

We had water coming into our kitchen from above, and despite some (ineffective) efforts to fix it ourselves, we quickly decided to get some professionals in.
Mr Roof Repair was easy to get a hold of, and able to come evaluate the situation within the week. We were given a very thorough inspection report, and I appreciated that they were completely honest about would did and (more importantly) did not need to be done. All very professional and very friendly.
We'll definitely be getting them in to do the full repair as soon as possible.

The guys from Mr. Roof Repair came to the house on time and assessed exactly what needed to be done. They told us what was needed and that they would be back the following day to do the actual job. They did a thorough inspection of the roof and gave us a detailed report. All the work was done in a professional, timely manner. I would HIGHLY recommend this company. The picture shown shows the before. Unfortunately I do not have an after at this time but it is a beautiful all white now. Great job guys

Mr. Roof Repair did a thorough roof assessment on short notice. We got very useful feedback and a reasonable quote. The photos and details were very helpful in illustrating what repairs were urgent and what can wait. Would definitely recommend them and will definitely go ahead with repairs.

Called to have my roof inspected as there were leaks in a couple of locations. Got appointment within two days. Intake call was with knowledgeable rep who answered all questions and didn't try to oversell me on more expensive service options. When inspectors arrived service was fast (almost too fast for a roof inspection) but problem was diagnosed and explained well. Inspection report with pictures received within a week as promised. Very detailed and thorough with quotes for recommended repairs.

I have a 3 story townhouse that had a leaking rooftop deck. I spoke to Gerard on the phone and he was easy to talk to and explained everything that would happen at the assessment. Pietro and Dan showed up to my location at the quoted time and performed a thorough inspection. Due to the weather a permanent fix could not be applied and therefore I could only get a temporary fix on the roof, which did stop the leak. I have no hesitation for the team to come back in the spring to perform a permanent fix.

They gave me a quick rundown od the issues I was having then a few days later an extensive summary broken down into sections. I had an emergency situation when I was having my shower redone. The inept workman from Burke's Renovation did a disastrous job and the whole shower had to be redone. When the new installer removed a wall, he found holes had been punched right through an outside wall and I needed this area repaired before the job could continue. I spoke to David at Mr Roof Repair and Ben came to fix the situation first thing the next morning. He introduced himself at the door and explained what he would be doing. The whole roof was inspected at this time and recommendations were made. The outside wall was repaired and I later received a breakdown of quotes abut further repairs. Good job all around.

I dealt with a Gerard and he was very professional. He listened to my concern and send in workers ASAP. The workers on site were great and easy to deal with and fixed the shingles on the roof and re checked others. After the appt I received a follow up call and e-mail from Gerard asking if everything was ok and it was. Great company and very professional. Will use them for all my roofing issues.
