Thank you Mr. Roofer for a very positive experience. Jason, Adam, Terry, Nick, Ben, Melissa and Kim were amazing to deal with. They were all very professional, courteous and efficient. Each took the time to explain everything to us and answer our questions in a timely and thorough manner regarding our skylight installation and insulation work in our attic. We are very happy with the workmanship. We would definitely use Mr. Roofer again and would not hesitate to recommend your very well-run company to others.

I thought my roof would last the winter, but I heard a dripping sound. It was November and all the roofers I called were closed for the season. Mr. Roof repair came to the rescue. They installed a temporary patch, it kept the rain and snow out, so we could get our roof re-shingled in the spring.

Had 4 patches of shingles, ripped up by racoons, replaced by the Mr Roof Repair team. Service is friendly, on time and they copleted a proper repair. The service came with an assessment of the roof from the outside, some may find this quite useful if you don't spend much time inspecting the roof yourself.

The account manager made a great effort to book our repair as soon as she found an opening. We actually had our repair bumped ahead 3 days. This came in handy because there was rain in the forecast.

After a few (terribly) windy days in early 2015, I noticed a few shingles had landed on my lawn. After a very shaky venture to my roof, I discovered a section of shingles (about 2 bundles worth) was deteriorating.

I called Mr Roof Repair and they came out very quickly. They assessed the entire roof and, in addition to the deterioration, found a few other deficiencies left over from construction - not a surprise, given all the stories I've heard from neighbors regarding the builder. While there were a few extra issues beyond what I had noticed from my brief peek, I did not need a new roof. For reference, the roof now is approximately 11 years old.

Mr Roof Repair performed a temporary repair (replaced missing shingles), and presented me a quote to complete the permanent repair. Once I gave the go ahead, the work was done in a timely manner. The only evidence that they were ever there was a fixed roof and a sign on my lawn. The reps at Mr Roof Repair kept in regular contact over the course of the job - I never felt like I was a forgotten customer.

After examining the photos they took of the before, during, and after phase of the repairs, I have to say I am beyond pleased. Their attention to detail was evident from start to finish, and I am not sorry I chose them to fix my roof. While I hope I don't have to do any more roof work for the near future, I would definitely call them again should the need arise.

Following my home purchase and discovery of defects in the roof I needed a complete inspection, not just a quote for how much to fix it. The inspection was thorough, informative and professional. Exactly what I needed.

During winter, the end of my ceilings were having condensation and moisture. I've contacted my home inspector who suggested that we add additional insulation at the end of the ceilings as there might be missing insulation just at the edge.
I contacted a company for that insulation and the contractor believes that my soffits are blocked preventing proper ventilation. He requested that this blockage be resolved before insulation.
I contacted another contractor who confirms that all my soffits are blocked by plywood inside them and proposed either to replace all soffits or put 8 airvents at the lower ends of the roofs which are certainly very ugly.
I just couldn't take the risk with all sorts of different ideas and solutions. I've decided to search the best company for my problem on the internet and came across MrRoof Repair with excellent ratings. I contacted them and they suggested a full inspection of my roof and attic with a detailed report and photos against a fee.
I decided to pay the inspection which I believed to be professionally wise and warranted.
I was amazed. They came 2 days later and did a full inspection with ratings of each item, problems and solutions.
Now, I know exactly the issue without any trial and error and they've quoted their price for their proposed solution discounting the initial inspection fee I paid.
The repair has a cost certainly but I believe it's the right expense and they also give a guarantee of 1 year.

I had a leak in the roof over a second floor stairwell in my home for 6 months. The installing roofer had been back 4 times, and was unable to find the problem. I submitted an online contact with Mr Roof Repair, and heard back the same day. The rep who called was helpful, explained what the company was about, and told me what I could expect. Within a few days, a crew of 2 were at my house to assess the problem. They were both knowledgeable, friendly, and courteous. In short order, they had performed the assessment on my roof, gave me an overall impression of the general condition, and specific information as to what appeared to be causing the leak.
A couple of days later, I received the complete assessment, along with the suggestion and estimate for the permanent repair. I contacted the company again to go ahead with the repairs, and a scheduling rep called me back soon after.
I wasn't home at the time of the repair, but the work site was completely clean when I returned, just the way it was before. The repairs had been done.
The week following the repairs, there were many days with heavy wind and very heavy rain, and there hasn't been any leaking, or even dampness at the problem site. I have absolute confidence that it's been fixed, and fixed properly. Only wish I'd made the right call 6 months ago, when the problem started.

We discovered a leak in the upstairs bathroom wall when we began our rennovations. The leak was coming from our plumbing stack. Mr Roof Repair gave me a quote over the phone, and within 3 days, came out and did the repairs. They gave us a full report on the conditions of the entire roof with photos, and made some recommendations to improve venting the bathroom fans properly. All personnel I dealt with (appointment booking, repairman, and receivables clerk), everyone was cordial and professional. We will likely go ahead and schedule the recommended improvcements in the near future. Thank you!

I had missing shingles due to wind damage. They came out the next day and did a very thorough inspection, before and after pics, and roof assessment. Very quick and professional. Highly recommend!
