10/10 from start to finish. Had some recent damage to our roof as a result of heavy winds. Despite being inundated with requests such as ours, Gerard took the time to speak to us at length about the entire process, cost etc. prior to booking our job. Brian and his partner arrived on time and were very professional and efficient in completing the work. I especially appreciated Brian taking the time to explain to us their assessment of the problem, the work completed, and what follow up was required. The report that followed was thorough and even included pictures of all areas inspected, a grading system and recommended repairs. Thanks!

We found couple of spots on the ceiling and guessed that the roof should have been leaking. We were afraid that because of the size of repair the contractor might not come. Couple of representative from Me Roof came and fix the problem in one hour. The guy clearly explained to me what is the problems and showed me pictures. We also received full report within few business day. I am quite happy with their service. Very professional.

I initially had a mixed experience with Mr. Roof Repair.
Impressed by the high ratings, I called them to have the ice cables for my roof replaced, as an animal had chewed through them. They came promptly, having explained that they charge $200 for a roof assessment, the cost of which would be deducted from any work done. They sent me the assessment and estimate a week later. There was a brief delay because of misplaced paperwork, but after a conversation with Joe, the owner, everythign got sorted out. As soon as it was safe to work on my steep slate roof, they installed my ice cables. They did such a good job that day that the work was supposed to be done I got home and thought they hadn't come. They had installed them so unobtrusively that the only sign of the work was the short cord leading to the outdoor GFI outlet.

If your looking for a professional, reliable and honest roofing company, look no further than Mr. Roof Repair. After the wind storm blew some shingles off my house the other night I had called around to a bunch of different companies but Mr. Roof Repair was the only one who offered a true repair service. From the first call I received from Jason to the actual repair by Pietro to the invoicing by Kim, everything went exactly how described without a hitch or any surprises. It will be hard to find a company that operates more professionally than Mr. Roof Repair and I'll definitely be using them for any future needs and passing on their name to friends and family.

Mr. Rood Repair did an amazing job fixing my roof. It was a simple and easy fix for them. The detailed report and photos were great because, they provided evidence that part of my roof was not sealed properly. The roof repair guys were professional, very skilled and knowledgable. Would definitely recommend them to my friends and family!!

I had roof tune-up and gutter cleanup work already scheduled thru Mr. Roof repair. Recent wind storm blew off few shingles of my roof exposing underlying wood.

I called and thanks to Joe's prompt action team came on time and did work to fix the issue. They took photos to show before and after. Joe also adjusted pricing for my future work accordingly. Very satisfied so far with the work and professional approach.

I will write another review once full roof tune-up and gutter cleanup + fix work is done.

We had a leaking flat roof in the summer due to ice storm damage the previous winter. We called Mr. Roof Repair and they came and they did a temporary repair within 48 hours which stopped the leaking. They also provided us with an extremely comprehensive assessment of what needed to be done to create a permanent solution and included pictures their roofing team took detailing what they discovered. In the fall they came back and gave us a Karnac roof and they did an excellent job. They were honest about how long it would take, and their work crew was respectful and thorough. They don't hire amateurs - only long time professional roofers work for this company. While roofers don't have to be licensed, I can guarantee theirs would be if the province ever makes it mandatory. Highly recommended.

I am a repeat customer. Excellent work done on my roof yesterday due to the recent wind storm. This morning, I noticed some minor oversights and communicated to Mr. Roof Repair. I just wanted to point out that: Samantha, the Sales Manager who had filled in for the assigned manager on my file diligently and promptly dealt with the case once she realized my situation and scheduled a follow-up appointment Monday morning given their busy schedule. I highly commend Mr. Roof Repair on their excellent customer service from the Owner to Sales Managers to Roof Technicians (Pietro and Tom).
