Had an old eaves trough leaking. They came out and did an assessment and did some minor repairs while at it. Gave me the estimate for proper fix. Although a bit pricey, it's worth it in the long run for the better quality job.

We called Mr. Roof Repair to assess our roof and eaves troughs after the porch roof started leaking. Mike was quick to call us back and the team was able to come and conduct their inspection that Sunday. The crew was prompt, polite and provided us with a thorough in-depth analysis of the health of our roof and its components. They were able to quickly identify the source of the leaking issue and repair it. We are now able to review the report and make an informed decision regarding what parts of the roof will need addressing next and feel confident about their advice.

We had damage to our shed after the ice storm and Mr. Roof repair replied to my phone call and sent out Pietro and another worker in a timely manner to assess and repair the roof on the same day. We also had water leaking into our basement and Pietro was able to quickly assess where the problem could be coming from and did a "temporary fix" until they could order flashing and eaves and return to do a permanent fix. We had several heavy rainstorms after that and there was no water in our basement! There was always someone who returned my calls or emails immediately which I cannot say for other companies, many of whom did not even return my initial phone call to request a quote. All of the staff I dealt with (Mike, Pietro, Kim and Joe) were fantastic. We had an issue when Pietro returned for the permanent fix because the eaves and downspout did not match in color. I wasn't happy with the result and Pietro's coworker (sorry, can't recall his name) was quick to offer that they would reorder pieces and return to reinstall everything which they did in a timely manner. I appreciated that Pietro and his coworker walked me through the process and were willing to stop and answer my questions along the way. They were courteous and even called to tell me when they were on their way so that I didn't have to sit around and wait all day. It took a bit longer than I had anticipated for the permanent fix to be booked but as soon as I contacted them to ask for an update, my call was returned and an appointment was booked shortly after. We haven't had a heavy rainfall since the permanent fix but I'm not anticipating a problem since the temporary fix seemed to work. I would hire again without hesitation and hope they don't get too busy or too big to be able to keep up such great customer service!!

Another outstanding experience. We had a basement leak. Pietro and team came were extremely diligent, checked carefully and discovered a blockage in the drain pipes. Used their initiative to check for other blockages, needed to come back again because of a related issue. Were totally professional and reliable. I will never use anyone else -- and I'm not easily impressed! Joe in the office is also a pleasure to deal with and very responsive.

We recently discovered that our roof had a long standing leak and that the wood underlay had rotted. It was very difficult to get anyone out to our house to provide even an estimate for this “small” job. Mr. Roof Repair came out on short notice and performed a comprehensive evaluation of our roof. We felt both comfortable with their assessment and were provided with enough information to judge the honesty of that assessment. We were extremely happy with the results. They went above and beyond the basic repair and did quite a bit extra for us.

They were very polite, courteous, and helpful. They did a very clean and professional job of fixing the leaky flashings. They also had a follow up call to see if we were satisfied with the job done. Highly recommended.

I would strongly recommend that anyone using Mr Roof Repair understand the fee structure as costs could add up. Having said that, in my situation where I had felt the proposed total cost was too high for the work being done, the owner (Joe) not only returned my call promptly but was also open to reconciling our differences in understanding about costs/fee structure. Additionally, Adam who took care of the required work was respectful, professional and efficient. Even though he did not have to, he passed on helpful information without any attempt to try and sell me something - just a generally overall nice young man!

We've used these guys for the third time now, a leak a couple of years ago, twice this year, once for an ice dam in the winter and now recently for some missing shingles and have always been impressed with their company. The people at the office have been helpful and kind. At our house, Pietro and his partner were fast and friendly and informative. Never felt like we didn't know what was going on and always felt comfortable. We've already recommended them to family and would do so again without hesitation.
