I had my roof repaired last summer and was happy with the service. They came and worked on time and were very professional. The quality of work was excellent as well. I would definitely use their services again.

We discovered during a rainstorm that our roof was leaking around our chimney, which was strange, since our roof is only 2 years old. I liked Mr. Roof Repair from the start - they respond quickly to email (my preferred method of communication), and probably to the phone too! They came and did a temporary fix within a day or so, then came back 2 weeks later to do the permanent repair. There was no leaking in between. The guy who came was quick and clean and offered advice on our next steps around our 100-year-old house.

I have used their services on 3 separate occasions (for my home, my brothers, and my parents), and in all instances they were extremely professional and quick to solve our problems.

There was a slow drip in the ceiling of the stairs after a rain storm and I wanted it repaired quick to avoid any potential damage. I emailed Mr. Roof Repair and they responded almost immediately. The email exchanges were prompt and Michael was very patient with my many questions.

The work was top notch and done very quickly, before and after photos were taken and a detailed report was emailed to me by the next day outlining what was done. The flashing was not done properly and there was a hornet's nest in there as well. While up there, the roofer found a couple of other problems with another piece of flashing and the chimney which he came to repair another day. He mentioned that whoever did the roof did a really bad job and it most likely will last half as long as the supposed 25 years.

I didn't have to be home for the 2nd visit and this was good and bad as I didn't have to take time off work but wanted to be there to ask him some more questions.

I didn't get a chance to go up into the attic yet to check for leaks but I'm sure it's fine. I also appreciated the follow up call they did. I would definitely recommend them: fast, friendly and thorough service!!
