Ecoline Windows

We recently had 11 windows and a patio door installed by EcoLine Windows in our Calgary home. The attention to our recently painted and carpeted areas was very good. Some customizing was required as some window profiles were not the same as those removed such that inside trim would not cover the opening. The installation crew resolved this with some drywall patching .. They did a great job. All debri inside and out was removed. We would certainly recommend EcoLine Windows.

We recently had Ecoline Windows complete our window replacement project. We had 37 windows in total which we divided into 3 stages.
We are happy with all the employees we've been in touch with, starting with the sales team, installation crews and the office. This company is very well organized and looks like they are able to keep their good will for a long period of time. Highly recommended.

I had contracted EcoLine windows to replace 12 Windows in my home. They did a great job. Installers were on time and took an extra care on installing every single window. I am happy with the final results and the product is even better then was anticipated.

We had our 25 year old windows replaced with 8 new ones. The team was professional, knowledgable, and did a super job. They also made sure the rooms and lawn were totally cleaned before they left. One of the screens had a slight hole in it, and a new one was delivered the NEXT day by the supervisor, who personally inspected every window to make sure they were installed correctly. He also went over all the features and made sure we knew how everything worked.

They were a bunch of hard working people. They were very organized and clean. They would not leave any messes behind. I would recommend them to anyone who needs their window fixed.

We had ordered windows at a fantastic price and put a "non refundable" deposit down. Problems arose and we could not get the windows at that time. They were very understanding and even gave us our deposit back and asked us to return when we were ready.

In response to Ecoline - I did in fact install the screen door to the product, as I have done with MANY screen doors prior. The fact that the door trim was put together with 6 staples was the reason the whole door and trim fell off. There is no such stated warranty that I had to use Ecoline to put on or provide the screen door. As for calling the service department, I have many, many times contacted the service department, made appointments for a person to come and 'assess' the situation with no one ever showing up. We have purchased over $13,000 worth of doors and windows with Ecoline, to me this is horrible service provided after the fact.

We met with one of the sale guys awhile back in April to get some of our old windows in our 50 year old house replaced. The one gentlemen we met with was very knowledgable about the products and showed us some samples as to what eco-line windows are all about. We loved the fact that he suggested for the kitchen windows to have them be able to pull out.... which is a great suggestion for cleaning!

The guys will be coming to install our windows in July-August.. can't wait to have them installed!
