We made our purchase earlier this year with how stressful everything is in the market currently having an home inspection done correctly was really important to us and Andrew was very easy to work with and made the process very easy and he does a really great job, he will walk you through everything and even explain you what needs to be done to resolve the issues in a very effective and efficient manner. I would definitely recommend using them to avoid getting unexpected additional costs to when buying a home.

Andrew was very thorough in providing me a home inspection for a home I bought in Richmond Hill. He spent time to investigate the entire home from the basement to the attic, roofing, insulation, etc. He provided a detailed written report which has helped me determine what work was required for the home I purchased.
