Tribute Communities

We had our closing in the mid of July 2021 - no delays, exactly as per the APS. The house was clean and everything was done on time. We are impressed with the quality of construction and craftsmanship. Customer care team went above and beyond in terms of accommodating our requests. We have already two appointments scheduled for August for minor touch ups which I wouldn’t even notice until I was pointed to them. So far it’s an excellent experience overall and the communication is very easy and productive. Great community, high quality construction team, and amazing customer service.

We have been recommending Tribute as a builder from the moment we signed our purchase agreement.
Luca has forever changed our opinion on Construction Managers. He answered every question we had with a smile and made the process of building a new home painless and truthfully - fun! His professionalism and attention to detail ensuring our dream home was in fact that. was more than we could have ever hoped for. My husband and I always left a conversation with Luca knowing we were in the best of hands.
We were expecting our first child shortly before our closing date which would normally layer in an additional level of stress, but Luca assured us he had the site under control and that we would be coming home with a smile. With a newborn, dust and dirt was a concern for me in the new build, and so we moved in ready to scrub everything ceiling to floor. Unbeknownst to us, Lisa, the finishing Super, was aware of this and had our Home Depot cleaned prior to us moving in. In past experiences, clean was never really clean. When we moved in and cleaned the home it was spotless, all of our rags and mops were still white after our run through cleaning. For that we are beyond thankful to Lisa for delivering our home in superior condition.
We met with Warren, Customer Service Manager, for our PDI, and did not have much on our list for repairs as Luca and Lisa delivered our home near perfect.
Warren and his team members Tom and Dale, have been incredible with setting up the trade appointments for repairs and coming in to repair what they can. Having a newborn they made the process minimally disruptive to our routine.
We don’t plan on leaving our new home however we did say we would consider it if Tribute is the builder and Luca, Lisa and Warren were the site managers again!

Moved into our new home at Chelsea Hill in West Whitby last November. The customer service team is amazing. Both the current manager Lucas and the previous manager Jeff, and their crew, Rolf and Jeff, they are all professional, friendly, and responsive. The first time when I met Rolf, he told me 'I will be at your service for the next 3 years. Don't hesitant to give us a call.' - what a warm and encouraging message to the customers. Very impressed with the Builder and their services!

The service team I contacted to resolve the flooring issue was excellent and I was more than satisfied with the way they handled our issue. I have been extremely happy with the Stonemanor Wood community. The manager especially was very responsive to our contacts and he addressed every concern I had. Flooring was done beautifully and I would like to give the service team two thumbs up!!!!

Customer service team has exceeded our expectations by going above and beyond. Thanks to Warren, Tom, Dale and the team who always helped us rectify deficiencies immediately. I believe I was very lucky to buy a house in Stonemanorwood by the Tribute company 。 This is a very responsible company, especially the service team of Stonemanorwood, which makes us very satisfied. They are friendly to customers, patiently introduce and explain to us, work efficiently, and always help us doing some extra work. They treat us like neighbors and friends. So I hope your guys can always work in our community, and always work in the tribute company.

With the addition of Warren to tribute our option of the company had changed drastically. The former customer care manager left us with a bitter taste in our mouth as a lot of our problems where not rectified, and we where continually told it was not their problem at one point she even told us " We're not your landlord". Now that Warren has taken over many of our deficiencies have been rectified. He had an up beat personality and and positive client interaction. Warren is the face of a great customer care manager.

There were multiple outstanding issues - no thanks to pandemic - but Warren stepped up immediately and delivered on our trees, messed up grass, and he was really great at keeping us updated on progress.
