Robert is an honest, trustworthy, professional and his services are fair priced. Two samples were not tested during the initial analysis, but he was kind enough to sample it again at no cost. Arrived a little bit late during our first meeting, but everything else was excellent.

Robert from Templar Mould provided a very quick response and assessment of mold around a pipe in our basement. He considered the mold to be not a very serious case (in accord with another assessment that we had on the previous day from a different company). He pointed out the options that we could implement on our own if we wished. Based upon these two assessments we decided that no professional company action was required. We much appreciated Robert’s honesty and expertise. In an area such as mold removal, where seniors such as us could be easily misled, HomeStars provided us with two companies that supplied objective assessments that were not at all self serving.

I was very pleased with the work done by Robert and his team. They were very quick on scheduling an appointment to assess the scope of work and provide a quote. When the team came to remove the asbestos they were punctual, knowledgeable and very professional. They worked very hard. We were not at the house the days that they performed the work but were provided with updates to the progress. Air quality tests passed without issue. I was referred to Robert by a friend. We needed to remove asbestos insulation wrapped around a heating pipe. Robert sent his crew (Dave) in the next day to give us a quote. Dave was very accommodative of our schedules and came in to work on a Sunday on a last minute notice. Dave did not only thoroughly removed the heating pipe wrapping and did a terrific job cleaning up, but also helped us identify and remove another wrapping we didn't see before with no extra charge. I was very pleased with the work Templar completed in early March. We notice a significant difference in the cleanliness of the crawl space and the air quality throughout the house. We ran the HEPA air purifiers on high on all levels of the house for 48 hours.
