This was Templar's second job at our home. Robert,David and the entire staff are a pleasure to deal with.They are punctual,informative and polite.The whole work area was sealed off perfectly from the rest of the house and required work was done smoothly and efficiently.One can't compare with other individuals and companies one has dealt with for work at home,they are a cut above the rest.
My thanks to you all,gentlemen.

I had 2 rooms in basement, where there was mould on walls and
carpets and also items in those rooms too.

Obviously for everyone price is a concern but of equal concern
is the honesty and service that you receive.
David came and looked around, he was very friendly, down to earth and approachable and I felt very comfortable asking him questions.

He seemed very honest to me, didnt try to exaggerate the problem
and I asked him several questions, such as do you think
the tree out front has cracked basement wall ? He replied its a cedar, its very unlikely.

My mind was more or less already made up and I didnt even ring around for other quotes, I thought to myself the price is probably what everyone else is going to charge. I may possibly save $ 100 or
$ 150 if I ring around all day but I will probably save money with the honesty of this company overall

I had some plumbing to fix first and I contacted David about a month later and said I want to go ahead. I asked David if he was going to personally do the work as I was impressed by him, he said some of it he was going to do, then next day would be 2 other guys

David came in first day sealed of the basement room doors and
started removing damaged furniture, carpet and started the clean up. The next day 2 other guys came in, I cant remember their names but they were every bit as friendly and approachable like David

They left the place very tidy and spotless they removed some popcorn ceiling and that stuff goes everywhere but there was none to be seen, they cleaned everything.

In Summary: Very nice honest people to do with, an excellent team

David and his crew did a wonderful job in removing asbestos tile from our basement. This was no easy task, 30 yr old carpet was glued to it. They worked fast and efficiently. David was very knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. I had no worries about this job, they left everything clean and in good shape. I would definitely recommend them! The company is very professional and workers are very friendly! The work was done beautifully and perfectly on time! My house was cleaned when workers left! I am very satisfied and highly recommend it!

Robert and his team (David and crew)are very professional and doing their job excellent with a firm and reasonable price (Lab. report and removal). We hired Robert and his team to remove some mould that had accumulated on the concrete floor in our basement underneath our indoor synthetic hockey rink. Once the hockey boards were safely removed, the crew was there straight away to start the clean up process. We were well informed about the procedure and the crew was professional and courteous at all times. It was a messy job but the crew was impeccable with the clean up. You would never have known they were even there! We felt that the quote was very fair - we had two other companies quote on the work for comparison. We highly recommend Templer to anyone in need of mould removal.

Had the work done couple of months ago at our new place in Etobicoke. Robert the owner made the best to accommodate the date as we wanted to get the work done before we move in.

Shaun and the team were very professional and get the job done on time. Most impressive thing is they had checked the basement vents which was not part of the quotes for free.

Robert and David were absolute professionals and went above and beyond for me and my family. Because the room that I had them working in was not completely empty, they were unable to reach a certain portion of the asbestos. They came back at a later date and finished the job and even removed some additional asbestos that was discovered...without adjusting their quote! I am happy to refer them to friends and family. As a realtor, I will refer them to clients as well. Great job guys and thank you.

We were looking for an asbestos abatement (boiler pipe insulation). Templar Mould and Asbestos removal were prompt in returning our call. David came by to give us a quote. Robert and his onsite team were great. David handled things at the house. The job was done safely and promptly. We were satisfied to get the air quality sample that said our basement was all clear. I needed asbestos containing stucco removed in a condo that I was renovating.An added complication was that I was out of town when it was to be removed.
Robert was very polite over the phone when I called for a quote and very promptly performed an inspection and gave me a quote which was very competitive.
Dave performed the remediation and kept me informed twice a day while the job was underway and when it was done.He then informed me once the air quality test was done and passed as safe so that my other trades could get into the condo and begin the rest of the renovation.
