Plumber Master

I was advised to install a backwater valve on the drain to prevent sewer backup in basement. By my friend's recomendation I called 1800666 Ontario Inc to do the job. Victor and his team were very good. He even helped me to fill up the application for rebate from City, so I'll get $1250 back. Thank you!

One month after we moved in our drain backed up, we called 1800666 Ontario Inc to investigate. It turned out that tree roots damaged one pipe section. If we would know it before buying the house... should call for camera drain inspection before buying...
They were polite, professional, did a great job for a good price. Will recommend to anyone!

Scheduling was VERY easy, they arrived on time, called a head to warn us when they would arrive - an A plus on this part.

When they arrived, they tried to "oversell" the issue, by stating we likly had frozen pipes, would have to replace to ouside faucet etc. I was unimpressed by this.

The actual work was a professional job, the plumbing was clean and neat. But the scare tactic left me unimpressed.

We had our old kitchen drain pipe clogged. Old drain pipe full of sediment was removed and a new pipe was installed. Underground drain portion was snaked by electric machine. It was done in a professional and timely manner. Thanks Victor!

Our drain pipe was damaged by tree roots. We called Drain Master and our problem was solved quickly and efficiently. They are good, not afraid of hard work, friendly. Were able to start and complete fast.

We were going to do basement renovation and called Drain Master to checked our underground drain before we would go ahead with the project. Victor arrived with drain TV camera and found a damaged pipe section, which then was replaced. Also Viktor told us about Basement Flooding Protection Subsidy Program and installed for us a backwater valve - a device that prevent basement flooding from outside drain. Also he helped us to fill up rebate application, so we're getting $1,250 back from City of Toronto! Prompt professional service!
