Haneef provided excellent service. He came promptly gave us an extremely reasonable quote for high quality wool runner and customized hallway carpet. The hallway is tricky and he took great care coming back on two occasions to ensure the proper measurements and installation. The installation was perfect. I would him again anytime and everyday I walk down the stairs on the carpet it is so comfortable!

My carpet had been damaged by an unfortunate incident and it was urgent that I get it fixed. Haneef called me back as soon as he got my email, explained my options to me carefully and patiently, then came over for a free home consultation on that same day. His men did a great job and Haneef went the extra mile to provide me with the relevant documentation.

Installation was impeccable. Perfectly straight down the stairs, no blemishes or anything. Couldn't have asked for a better install. Total time to complete was under 2 hours. Also, what was most impressive was that there was no mess to clean up afterwards. You wouldn't have even known they were there.
