I called RJ when I needed an emergency duct cleaning because I had consteuction done at my place. He was very knowledgable and he peompt and came the same day few hours later, because i needed it done right away. I have better air quality now and my place feels cleaner.thank you

Only one tech came, never bother to take off any return air duct covers before cleaning, I have two main supply duct in basement, they only hookup the vacuum to one of them, they use pressure gun to clean the main duct lines in basement, not willing to to use snake agitation to brush off main lines, when i asked about that tech was arguing with me and telling me not needed, only pressure cleaning is needed

Since he didn't hookup vacuums to second supply line, most of the dust went into furnace which he didn't even bother to open the furnace to clean up the dust

Air duct clean, 4ceiling fans clean, one filter replace. Very quick response. Nice persons. They did their job professionally.
