Galaxy windows did an exceptional job replacing all 16 windows and 3 doors in our house (front door, side door and storm door/ enclosure). Dimitri and both Alex were great to work with. We brought in several companies to bid on the job as it was very large; Dimitri was straightforward and honest in what would work and what would not and the pricing was competitive. The windows were manufactured within the specified timeframe (actually earlier than forecasted). We had Alex from the install team who was very polite and respectful during the install. There were a few minor issues that came up with one window being manufactured slightly different to the measurements, one broken screen and a scratched handle. It was great to see how prompt the Galaxy team was to rectify each issue to ensure we were completely satisfied. The replacement window was ready within a week and the other minor issues with the screen and handle were fixed prior to the job being completed. I would highly recommend - there is a reason why Galaxy's reviews are so high.

Dimitri, the co-owner was very professional and patient when explaining the product to us and offered very competitive pricing. Alex and his team arrived on time for the installation and were extremely efficient with completing the installation of 10 windows and 2 storm doors within 7 hours. They were careful with the clean up after the work was completed and we couldn`t be happier with their work. We would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to replace their windows and doors.

He introduced me to awning style windows and they are definitely an improvement to what we had. Alex and Igor were able to install all six windows in half a day and did a great job. We ran into an issue and required a different sized trim. Alex came back the very next day to finish the installation. We really appreciate their attention to detail and service.
