Networx Windows, Doors, Exteriors

I contacted Networx because a contractor has used them quite a few years ago to install a kitchen window in my house. I had already gotten a couple of other quotes that I wasn't really happy with when I remembered to look back through my files on the kitchen reno and find out who my contractor had used for the kitchen window. I am really happy I did because Networx did an excellent job from start to finish. The price was very reasonable and included the outside trim, which they painted with my exterior house paint. The two guys who came to do the install were very skilled at solving all the problems involved in putting new windows into a 1912 house, and Tony came around during the install to check a couple of details we'd talked about when he came to give us the original quote. I would definitely recommend them, especially if you have an older house that requires more care and attention during the install.

Again , here i always come up with a dream and Tony and his team make it come true .
To be honest this kitchen demolition was a long time coming since we moved in 10 years ago but many things came first . When I found this random kitchen online and purchased it and had it moved into my garage I had many contractors and family handy men say no right off the bat, good luck I was told :(
So I called up Tony at Networx and he returned my call , came had a look and here we went !
Apparently covid convinced many to renovate so Tony and his staff( Mike ) would make their way over to Cloverdale a handful of times , countless hours and lots of fantastic advice along the way.
Me and like last time a baby on the way and a deadline ! I love my kitchen , thank you Tony and team ( Networx ) for coming to my aid like many times before .. random side door , new patio and stairs ... you name it, everything up to code and what a difference! I recommend them to all my coworkers and friends , clean , reliable and super friendly .

Huge window, others said it couldn't be done, there were delivery delays...but when the crew showed up it was all A+++, really can't say enough about how the crew handled the job and went above and beyond thanks guys. All looks fabulous.

From start to finish excellent service. We really like the product and how the installation team finished the work.
We were under sometime constrains and Networx delivered earlier than promised. Much appriciate. Will definately call Networx again on out next project.

Networx replaced are windows back in 2019 and Tony from start to finish was their to talk us threw it and show us samples and give us advice. Tony gave us a great quote and that work was well done and they stand by there work with a life time garentie. We have been happy with our purchase.

Tony from Networx was great to work with. He is professional and gave an accurate quote for the job which speaks to his experience of the work he does. I found him and his staff consistent, reliable and courteous. He was consistent in his communication and quick to get back to me about any of my questions and check ins. some icing on the cake was that our front door has been very sticky and hard to open and close for years, my kids can’t even open it. They ended up taking a look at it and they fixed it as bonus! How awesome is that! needless to say, I have nothing but good things to say about my experience in working with Networx, and their work and final project is great quality!

Tony was easy to deal with and competitive with his quote. Everything looks better than I expected. Dan and Mike doing the work did a great job. The neighbours complimented them several times for being respectful of the neighbourhood. Everyone that walks by the house stops to say how nice it all looks.

I had Networx replace my windows 10 years ago. Since then, the UV coating failed and my windows had a pink hue. I contacted Networx and Tony came out and said this rarely happens and it was due to a bad batch of windows from the manufacturer. It would have been easy for him to push the problem to the manufacturer but he took ownership of my situation. In fact, the original supplier no longer delivers to Canada so Tony found another solution and replaced all my defective windows.

We had all our old aluminum windows (15 in total) replaced with new vinyl ones by Networx. We decided to go with them based on a few factors: friend’s recommendation, competitive pricing, professionalism (Tony made it out to Richmond from Langley on a snowy Friday afternoon to provide a quote) and good warranty (lifetime warranty from Milgard).

Both Mikes came to do the replacement which took about a week. They were both really friendly (updating us on the progress of the work), respectful (cleaning up every day) and helpful in answering my numerous questions every day.

We had a minor hiccup in that the windows didn’t fit as initially thought - our old windows were apparently thicker than the new ones so they didn’t fit as far in and so an interior trim needed to be installed as well. The downside to this is that some of our blinds didn’t fit as well as they originally had and there is also a bit of touching up of paint to be done on the interior trim, however both Mikes worked extremely hard in installing the trims and making sure the work was done properly. They both did a great job both inside and outside the house and even went above and beyond to repair our broken fence. We would recommend Networx if you are looking for a window replacement company.

Tony was excellent in advising us on style of windows. The installation went smoothly inspire of the weather. The installers were efficient and most friendly. Most pleased with the whole experience!
