Drain Scope

I had an issue with my toilet at home and Plumber Ernesto at drainscope was very professional, efficient, courtious and quick with fixing my problem. He asnswered all my questions and was very polite. I would recommend this company to friends and family.

This is our third time that we use Drainscope to do plumbing at my rentals and my house and each time we were happy with the price and the plumber’s workmanship. DrainScope has always provided me with an acceptable estimate and performed the work promptly and courteously. Every time we called Drainscope the plumber was at my doorsteps within couple of hours.
This time around we used Drainscope to replace a toilet, kitchen sink,two vanity sinks that we supplied and to install a dishwasher at my house. Drainscope supplied plumbing parts and labour at a great price. We got other estimates that were much more expensive than DrainScope. The plumber’s workmanship was again excellent, courteously, and completed the work on time.

Had a leaking tub faucet in my condo, and needed it repaired. Had called another company, to fix it, and when they showed up... he had no tools to tackle this problem?? So I had looked again for another plumbing outfit, and came across this company, in the goldbook. I called and set up an appointment for friday morning. The plumber arrived on time, and concluded that the faucet needed a cartridge replacement. He had given me a quote, from his priceguide and i agreed. Although i found it a little expensive, to replace a delta monitor cartridge. I called a few companies after the fact, and a few were more expensive, and some refused to give a quote. So I am satisfied, with the cost. The plumber also advised me to replace the handle, as the current one was seized, and could not be re-used. He told me where to purchase the handle, and how to install it... without needing another service call to save me money!. I am happy, I have found an honest plumber, who didnt pressure me, and gave me the alternative, to purchase and install something so easy. Thank-you drainscope, and to the young, smart fellow, Ernesto who helped me that friday morning.

Our kitchen sink backed up on a saturday evening. Tried to unplug it myself but had no luck. Called Drainscope and they were there quick to respond and did an excellent job. They snaked out the drain and recommended a power flush.

Had a burst pipe that happend overnight on saturday. I seached online for some service companies, and called a few. Some of which, i may add, dont have "plumbers" working on sundays? Or had ridiculous service charges! So i finally found this company, Ernest showed up on time, on a SUNDAY, and displayed to me a price guide. To be honest, I had thought the cost would be double, than what he quoted me! i was surprised, when he just quoted me 99 dollars! upon finishing his job, he cleaned up. I have come to the conclusion, there are companies out there, that dont over charge, especially on weekends! I will continue to use Drainscope, as they have the upperhand, on the "larger" and overpriced service companies operating in the gta.
