Guildwood Roofing

I contacted Simon recently to repair our roof. He got up into our attic poured water from the hose to see exactly where the leak was. He was extremely knowledgeable about what had to be done to our roof to stop the leak. We discussed price (reasonable), when we could have the repair completed and he explained exactly what Guildwood was going to do. Time was very important as we were going away and did not want any further damage from this leak. Simon and his team came the day he had indicated. When they were running a little late, he called to let me know they would be a couple of hours later than he had initially indicated and apologized for the delay - very considerate as a lot of companies would not bother to call for a two hour delay. The team was professional, finished when Simon said they would, all garbage and debris was removed and Simon again went up into the attic to pour water on the roof to make sure the leak was repaired. He also followed up after a recent heavy rainfall to make sure everything was okay! We were very pleased with the excellent service provided by this company and would not hesitate in recommending them. Thanks for your help, Simon.

I had my roof shingles changed recently by guild wood roofing . I had a plan of changing them but the cost factor and also the climate was a factor due to the heavy down pours we had. After lots of enquiry and searching around I found guild wood and after discussing with them the price I found they were really soft on the pocket and the way they discussed with me about the job was good.

Very reasonable price, good workmanship. Simon showed me his binder when he came for the estimate, I Were Very impressed, he showed me the liability insurance, wsib,city license,and other certificate,which other company do not even have . We were so confident with him. Then came on time finish the job same day, clean up very carefully.highly recommend to anyone who needs the service.

Great Service from this company!!! They inspected the roof PRIOR to providing an estimate, arrived on time, finished the job when they said they would and were very professional. The workmanship was excellent and Simon was very friendly, helpful and answered all my 101 questions.

I contacted Simon last year close to winter time when we realized that our roof was ready to be replaced. He suggested to wait till this spring for re-roofing and caulked some areas in roof to get over winter.He gave us a very reasonable quote and good advice. Based on 5 quotes I received this year, i decided to go with Simon quote for roofing and eves trough replacement work. Our roofing work was done in the first week of May. The crew worked very professionally. Based on his work, our neighbour also went with Simon for roofing. I am very happy with the work and have no issues recommending him to my friends and family.

The prices were high and I decided to call Simon based on the referral. Boy was I impressed. He had all his documentation in order, price was reasonable and competitive. He kept me posted on scheduling delays due to the weather and showed up when he said he would. Overall, the roof looks great! We had one spot on the roof that didn't look right and he came back within days to inspect. The issue ended up not being his fault. .....highly recommend Simon.

I got Simon's number through my friend. He highly recomended Simon as a very reliable roofer. He came and gave us a estimate last year close to winter time, and he recomened that we should wait for the spring to do it cause the shingles put on for winter time might have problem with sealing to the roof. He gave us a very resonable price and good advice. We took his advise. He went onto the roof and did some patching work for me just to ensure we will have no problem in the winter. He came back last week and did our entire roofing in one day, his crew works very professionally. They cleaned up all the garbages after finishly the work, even the nails on the property were magnant removed. I am very happy with their work. I will recommend him to my friends and family.
