I contacted many roofing company and got various quotes. However, I was explicitly looking for CertianTeeed roofing system. The three part system requires certified installers and Guikdwood is recommended by the shingle company.
All aspects of the overall engagement was pleasant. From initial conversation, price discussion, selection of the shingle and to the installation date. The team arrived exactly on time and finished the job in a very professional manner.

Simon is a very honest, reliable man who takes great pride in his workmanship. He and his crew arrived exactly when he told us they would, and completed the job of stripping my existing roof, installing a new one and replacing our sky light 10.5 hours later, just when he said they would. When he left, the clean up was so well done you would never know he was ever there! It was a genuine pleasure dealing with Simon and I would definitely give him my highest recommendation.

This is the second time I’ve used Guildwood roofing. Two years ago Simon and his team replaced our roof did a great job from start to the clean up but most importantly they use quality shingles. I just moved to a house with a fairly new roof and within a few weeks we noticed a leak in the living room. Simon and the Guildwood Roofing team did a great job replacing the roof on our semi-detached home recently. Simon completed a site visit and visual inspection of the existing roof within days of our initial phone conversation. He provided pictures and a quote in a timely fashion. The quote provided to replace the entire roof was very competitive (compared to other quotes received) and it was just as comprehensive in terms of scope. We had our roof completely redone including the flat portion which had multiple layers. The entire job was completed in one day and the site was left cleaner than before he showed up. We had Guildwood install a new roof about 4 years ago. They were referred to us from a neighbor who had their roof installed by Guildwood. Simon provided a very competitive quote against 3 other major roofing companies. Importantly, he identified all the same concerns with our roof, provided more realistic solutions, proposed higher quality materials, was super helpful throughout the process, could work with our schedule, and ultimately, I decided to use them.
