It was a winter day and and was in rush backing our mini-van before the Garage door was completely open and hit the bottom of the door and made a dent. Also, the Garage door's side chain came out off the railings and the door was not closing. Since it was a cold day and you wanted the door fixed, called up Stampede Door checking Home Stars and man, they had the best Customer service (didn't catch the name of the person), and promised to have someone come check it out in 2-3 hours and they showed up and fixed the issue and surprised with the cost as well. The Garage door is working perfectly and if we need to replace this garage door, it will be Stampede Doors. Would recommend them for their courtesy, professional and awesome attitude. Needs more businesses like Stampede doors. Thanks.

I called another company who came out and told us we needed a new cable, motor etc....We just had a bent panel from me backing out before the door was all the way open. Minor damage and I did not even pop a screw. Called Stampede Overhead doors, Mark and his associate came out and said I just needed a quick fix. They put on a few new brackets, and the door works fine! Very honest reliable and will use them again ANYTIME! Thank you Stampede Overhead Doors LTD>

Called to schedule a repair and was given a number of ideas of small adjustments I could try myself, including going on Internet to see if there are any videos. Amazing to get such good advice and all without a service call. if these adjustments don't work, I will be sure to call!

Called Stampede Door to get our garage door opener repaired - door would not close properly. Via 2 phone calls Mark provided a couple of tips on making adjustments to fix the problem. The second tip resolved problem. No charge from Stampede. While I would have had no problem paying for a service call I appreciate this company's apparent commitment to providing great customer service.

During booking they gave me 1 hr window. Mark is on time and did the work right away. He explained what he did and gave me advise on future cost for garage replacement. The work is quick and well done.

After 10 ten years our garage door needed to be replaced. We called Stampede Overhead Doors and they offered great service and good prices. Their technician had a new door opener installed very quickly and it works great. Their turnaround is very quick.

Garage door broke trapping my vehicle inside. Called Stampede Overhead Doors Ltd. at 12:45 pm and he was able to squeeze me in that day between 2 and 4 for a service call. The tech showed up at 1:22 and had it completely fixed (2 broken springs, 2 nylon rollers and broken bottom bracket) by 2 pm. I know I got lucky that he happened to be in the area, but it was the fastest service call I've ever had in my life.

Our garage door stopped working in our new house. We called Stampede Doors, because we worked with them earlier. The service technician came on the same day, even half an hour earlier than expected. He was very professional and efficient, explained the matter and answered all my questions with care. Because our issue was minor he even gave a discount on the service fee. I will use them again.
