I like that the owner, Richard, is on site for each job. The price was reasonable and Richard explained everything and answered my questions. He put up a tarp in the fall 2013 and it got me through one of the most brutal winters in 80 years, good job installing that tarp Richard! Great crew and they did a great job! Richard was very flexible in price and installation date, which helped me decide to use his company.

I had my roof redone by Same Day Roofing. The owner Rich came to my house and gave me a quote for the job which actually came in lower than the other 2 quotes I received from 2 0ther roofing companies . I used to work in residential construction and roofing in my younger days and know the processes involved in building a high quality roof with high quality materials. Rich and his crew came and redid the roof in one day. They were courteous and pleasant to talk to and very diligent at making sure the mess was cleaned up. Its been a week since they were here and I sill cant find 1 roofing nail in my yard. The roofed was stripped to the wood, insulation was blown into the attic and plywood was put on, Roofing felt, water membrane was installed. I had Rich install 4 vents and 1 kitchen vent 1 bathroom vent through the roof. All venting and chimney was properly waterproofed with rubber membrane and properly installed with high quality flashing. All materials used were High Quality. They didn't cut any corners and did the job right. Great work Rich and crew!

Same day roofing was outstanding! They went above and beyond all of my expectations. They were extremely knowledgeable , and helpful. They were flexible and worked within my schedule.
I had a leak in my roof and Richard and his crew were quick to come to my rescue. They even came back at least 3 times to try and fix a leak that continued after the roof was completed, which turned out had nothing to do with the new roof that they had installed. I was very impressed by this part of the service and at the lengths Richard and Same Day Roofing would go to make sure that their customers were completely satisfied with the job that was done.
The quote they gave us was good and even tried to convince our neighbours to participate (townhouse complex).

I would definitely recommend this roofing company to anyone requiring their services.

Sameday Roofing and Richard installed a well built and quality roof in one day at a reasonable price. Also, same back to fix our downspouts afterwards. It was a solid job overall.

I found out about Sameday from a friend and decided to give them a call and boy was I ever glad that I did. Rich came out to see me the day that I called and gave me a quote. He was able to do my roof for about $500 less than the lowest bid while still using the same high quality materials. When I decided to go with Sameday Rich again came to see me the day I called even though he had had surgery the day before. That's just the dedicated type of guy he is.

I had all the plywood and shingles replaced on my roof so it was not a small job but you would never know it given the speed these guys were able to do it. When I returned home from work early on the second day Rich and his crew were not only finished and gone but had left my property immaculate. To this day I have yet to see one nail or scrap of debris, I think it was even cleaner than it was when they arrived, they even put my patio furniture back (I moved it before they came so they could have more room to work). It has been a few months since I had my roof done and I have absolutely no issues or regrets, it looks great and after a few good storms I have no leaks or loose shingles.

Please, do yourself the favor of calling Sameday, you won't regret it. Great guys, great work and a great price. I have never had a large purchase like this feel so effortless and satisfying. In the future I won't even consider another contractor, I'll just save myself the time and call Sameday again.

I was in desperate need of a new roof as it was leaking very bad. Richard showed up on the same day that I called him and put 2 tarps on my roof to stop the leaking even though I had not signed any contracts. It was this act that made my decision easy. I am more than happy with the finished roof. Very polite, professional and easy to work with. The roof was done and cleaned up in the discussed time frame. The contract and warranty were easy to understand and Richard remained on site until the completion of the job. I was worried about hiring a roofing company that would send the "average Joe" roofers but this was not the case. Very skilled contractors and would confidently recommend to anyone who wants quality that will reflect in the value of your home.

Richard from this company has no customer service skills as I had my 30 years old roof changed by them. I had NO water leaks from anywhere until they changed my roof, then I called them and he is arguing with me because he was trying to not come out and saying that its not his roof that i'm getting leaks from. I would not recommend them at all as good luck if they have to do any fixing or adjusting! now there is a puddle of water in the winter with the risk of my old parents falling and breaking legs...Horrible experience!

The installation does not meet building code requirements. We have been waiting for over a year for them to proplerly complete the job, to no availl Phone calls are not returned. Once we got through, and they promised to be back, but have yet to have any action.

Sameday did an amazing job on our roof; (on Greeningdon Drive) they were on time, fast and did a quality job. They cleaned up our yard of any debris and left everything as it was. We are very impressed with the owner Richard who was onsite the entire job..excellent customer service, polite.
Highly recommend this company!!
