Riteway Moving

I recently hired Riteway Moving for a massive undertaking--3900 sq ft of house and a garage-size shed full of furniture and garden equipment. The 4 men who arrived promptly at 10am attacked the job with incredible energy and infinite care for my many valuables. Aside from a short break to grab lunch, these men were workhorses who packed both their truck and a Big Steel Box like NASA engineers to maximize the space in both units. To say I was pleased would be an understatement. The move took 1.5 days to clean out my acreage and put everything into storage. I will recommend this fine company to everyone needing a first-class moving company.

We have used Riteway moving on numerous occasions for our office and display suite. They have always been extremely friendly, organized, cautious, yet efficient in their work. I would highly recommend Riteway and we will be hiring them again.

I booked within a short amount of notice. They where able to accommodate me. On the day of the move the 2 men showed up early, worked hard the entire 4 hours that was required to move my items, and where very quiet during the entire time. They moved my items with respect and curtsey to not bump/scratch the walls or my items. I am completely satified with the service and profressionalism that they provided me and would recommend this company to my family and friends.

we have used riteway in the past and i dont know what happened to the business but they are awful now, took extra long breaks sat in their trucks on the phone took their time didnt tell us about all the extra fees, and then yelled at me later when i brought this up. Had to go through BBB to get money back for damages in my brand new house

This company was great! The quote I received was accurate and there were no cost surprises. They showed up on time for both loading and unloading and the movers were professional careful with my furniture and my house. I would use them again anytime!

Awful, awful experience, cost way too much. Late, slow, rude, broke things. Carried items through the whole building rather than straight to the truck, just didn't make sense why... Didn't pay the cost per weight even of the broken items. We're not interesting in resolving the issue with us either.

Riteway's website says they estimate 15-20% high so there are no surprises, we talked about this while the estimater was there but the bill still came in 33% higher than the estimate . So if he was estimating 20% high then he was out by 50%. This is moving a two bedroom apt there was not a lot of furniture.

We knew the estimate wouldn't necessarily be accurate but this was a huge shock.

Allied van lines was great just don't use Riteway as the agent.

We usually move our self but after moving 2 times we decided it was time to call in the professional. We did our research and decided that at $80 an hour Riteway was the Right movers for us, they showed up on time, managed to fit everything into their truck in one trip and did a very good job at unloading!
