We shopped around extensively and Mr. Heat Mechanical not only provided the best price but we were delighted to receive courteous, extremely knowledgeable and exceptional service. They showed up when they said they would, knew what they were doing, they cleaned up after themselves, and finished on time. We've done many home renos this year and calling Mr. Heat was the best decision we made. Thanks!!!
Update... well a couple of years have passed and so far we've had to have Mr. Heat back at least 3 times for repairs, at $100 cost per visit... If the furnace wasn't installed correctly to begin with or something went wrong with the install, why am *I* stuck with the $100 bill each time?

I googled for a particular model Keeprite A/C and found Mr. Heat Mechanical in my area (Thornhill/Richmond Hill) so I decided to get another estimate. I am glad I did since Mr. Heat came to my house promptly (same evening), gave me an estimate, and after comparing with 2 other HVAC providers, I decided to go with Mr. Heat since he gave me the most confidence, talked to me about the rebate, explained the installation process, etc. These guys are reliable, came to install on the day and time expected, and were very meticulous about keeping the house clean, and they tidied up and took all garbage away. I was very satisfied with the job, price, and outcome, and would recommend Mr. Heat and Mechanical to my neighbours!

I am fortunate to have come across Mr. Heat Mechanical and highly recommended their services. They are professional, knowledgeable and very skilled. They did an excellent job on my Air Conditioning installation and corrected the Furnace installation from the previous installer. This was not even their responsibility, but it shows how conscientious and dedicated they are. I also purchased extended warranty and they managed to find me a deal and surprised me with lower costs than I expected. I cannot recommend the services of Mr Heat Mechanical enough. You cannot go wrong with this honest and hard-working group of people.

I just want to say I don't usually write comments on workmanship but this team surpassed my expectations as far as customer service and costing and even suggested i did not need a AC unit right now when I purchased my furnace. I wanted it all to be new so I went ahaed with it.They did not try to up sell at the time. The explanation of warrantries and how the furnace will perform surpassed my expectations. I wish the family well. They are truly professional and workmanship will surpass all other dealers out there.They were on time,cleaned up and treated my home like theirs.

I needed two central air conditioning units.I contacted Mike and he was able to provide me with specifications and prices immediately. we made arrangements for installation and this was completedas per plan.I must say that I am very satisfied with the product and the level of service provided by Mike.I have already referred him to relatives. At all times he was very professional and courteous.

Mehdi did install a brand new air conditioner and also could find and troubleshoot another air conditioner. They were well organised and on time and I will definitely recommend him to my other friends. He also installed a humidifier for me which will be used in winter time.

Professional service done by knowledgeable professionals! Everything about these guys is 'professional': Their attitude, their 24/7 costumer service, their vast knowledge in HVAC, their crews and their attention to detail. They spent a few months correcting a lousy job somebody else had done and at the end not only they brought the house to code, but made it look good too!Definitely will use them again and will refer them to all my fellow builders. We recently replaced our old furnce & hot water heater with a hi-eff Goodman GMVC furnace & Navien NR-210A tankless water heater with Mr. Heat Mechanical. They showed up on time with 3 technicians.They were also very professional & clean. they cover the floor area with drop sheets all the way to the furnace room & got rid of all the old equipments!
We diffinitely were happy with their service & We'll refer them to our acquaintances.
