The price was good and the samples we were given were nice, but when the wood arrived the planks were shorter than what we were shown and did not fit together well at all. We now have gaps between the planks which look awful and collect dirt. The finish on the floor is damaged very easily despite all the durability claims the salesmen told us about. Very disappointed in this product!

Company Response: First of all we take great pride and care with our products and customers.
Whenever there is an issue with the product or expectations of one of our clients we are always ready to rectify any problems. In this situation the client wanted hardwood flooring to put the house on the market and opted to go with a second grade product that has more natural variation for a lower price point, which we made very clear to the client before proceeding with the purchase. In the end the floor looked very nice and he was able to sell his house as for the gaps all natural wood floors will react to moisture changes and we recommend to maintain your home moisture between %40-%50 to keep your floor stable. We invite all our clients who come across any issue with the flooring to bring it to our attention immediately so we can remedy the situation in a satisfactory fashion.

THE PRICE OF THE PRODUCT WAS QUOTED AS 3.99 SQ FOOT AND AT THE TIME OF CONFIRMING THE WORK PRICE WAS CHANGED TO 4.60 SQ FOOT. FURTHER THE WAS A DISCREPENCY ON THE QANTITY DELIVERED. BEWARE OF THESE ITEMS

Company Response: On a regular we have specials that go on and off. The price quoted for $3.99 was a special we had in March and the client came back in June to purchase the floor which was no longer on sale.

I am throughly unimpressed and extremely disappointed with the service I received from Amazon.

The service there is completely unprofessional. Everything from the attitude and the attention level to the manner in which they speak to customers. My order was delayed on three separate occasions and after several attempts and pleas for information my calls were not returned. After I myself contacted the manufacturer, there was still no call from Amazon to confirm my order.

I can find nothing good to say about the experience I had with Amazon and would not recommend them at all.

I WAS QUOTED 3.99SQ FT FOR THE WOOD. WE HAD CHECKED SEVERAL PLACES AND OUR COLOUR MATCHED AND SUBSEQUNTLY CHANGED THE PRICE TO 4.60 ALSO THERE WAS DISCREPENCY AS HOW MUCH MATERIAL WAS DEIVERED TO MY HOME

I found the shop on the way going back to home one day, and we drop by because my wife and I were looking for a hardwood floor shop at that time.
Patric, the staff, were very welcoming us and gave us short presentation with their products and introduce one of their products which is 'Mercier'. To be honest, we couldn't trust them at the bigining, becuase the price was suprizingly inexpensive with the visual quality. Anyway, it didn't take long time to realize that they did not fake anything on us becuase we called to the 'Mercier' company right after we got back home frome the shop and they confirmed this shop as an distributer.
Somehow we bought their products after a month when we are going to install the floor and after installation, we returned some box of left over.
So far we are happy with our floor!!
