Also very thorough on the delivery and placement of the piano to ensure our satisfaction. All along the way, the moving crew was communicating with me on what was being done and why. This company was such a pleasure to deal with. They were on time, fast, efficient, friendly and affordable. They were the lowest quote I received, but they were definitely not lower quality service. My house had 11 stairs they had to climb and even that kept the price affordable.

We found James and his Company Pianoinside.com when the piano movers we hired told us they were going to get more straps and they disappeared forever. Lol. The move was a tricky one and they ran.
I found Pianoinside by chance and boy did I luck out. James is a consummate professional. He does not accept the job until he is sure he has every detail covered regarding the safety of the home, the instrument, and his people.
I am so very glad that we kept him in my contacts as we had to move that same piano once again.

The crew arrived at the our house on time. They laid out protective matting, loaded and wrapped our upright piano and had it in their trailer in a matter of minutes. They reversed the process at the destination; again in a matter of minutes and the job was done! We're 100% satisfied with the professionalism of Piano Inside

James and his team were great. Right on time, friendly, and very careful with the piano. I called them during the middle of the week, and the piano was delivered from Orangeville to Toronto by mid-day on Saturday.

I would highly recommend this company to move any piano. They too care and consideration when moving my beloved Grand Piano when others in the past have not. There was great communication regarding pickup time and they were respectful of arrival times as well.
