Very happy with James’ service. He spent about an hour and a half tuning my Petrof baby grand with precision and expertise, and made a minor hammer repair as well. I wish I had his info when I moved months ago. I will continue to use Piano Inside in the future and would recommend.

A truly professional experience! A well organized team that moved a piano between homes in 1hr. Team was polite, respectful of both homes and took great care of the piano.

The team took their shoes off upon entering each home and laid down their floor mats so that they didn’t damage the floor and so that they could walk on it with their shoes.

I've hired James to move my piano twice. He's reliable, on time and took great care not to damage the piano and floors. There are probably cheaper movers on Kijiji but given the level of professionalism James brings -- he's totally worth his rate. Totally recommend.
