This is the second time we've used James' services, and he and his crew continue to be outstanding. Taking very good care of the piano, professional, quick, and reasonably priced (owning piano is not a cheap business!). Last year, the guys took the piano down from the 2nd to the main floor within the same house due to a reno. The moving company who had taken piano up to 2nd floor a couple of years ago were yelling and swearing about having to bring the piano up, but James' team brought it down easy and without complaints. This year, we were continuing with the renos, and had to take the piano out of the house. James came, his guys easily took it out and loaded onto his truck. I rest assured that it is being taken good care of, and can't wait to call James to bring it back again next month!

James and his team helped me move an ancient beast of a piano on time and efficiently. No way I could have done it on my own. They took all the precautions necessary to project the floors of the place of origin and destination.

I had a great experience moving my piano with James and his team. He was very knowledgeable and his website is the most comprehensive I've ever seen. When moving, he was very friendly and the piano was moved safely. Highly recommend.

With the changing seasons my piano was out of tune and I started noticing that some keys were sticky. James tuned it perfectly and fixed the keys that were causing the trouble.
This is the second time that I have used Piano Inside for tuning and I know I will be calling them again.

James and his team of movers were excellent! I called on a Wednesday and two pianos in two different locations were moved by Saturday. They arrived at the scheduled time and were very careful in protecting our pianos and floors. The moving of the pianos were painless. The two gentlemen that were lifting the pianos were extremely friendly and made sure that the placement of the pianos were where we wanted them to be. I would highly recommend Piano Inside to anyone wanting to move their piano!!

The two crew and James were Friendly and very professional. I have asked questions and James answered them properly. The delivery was so smooth and I really recommand them to any one who want to move their piano

The move was done safely and quickly.
Tuning was done, but my piano hadn't been tuned in years so he recommended follow up tuning the next month as the tuning was way off.

James and his 2 man crew arrived on time, were friendly and took care to move my piano without any damage to the piano or the floors. This is the 2nd time I used their services and would definitely recommend them. They were kind enough to also move a couch for me this time for just a few extra dollars so they went above and beyond. James and his team were wonderful. My friend had gifted us her piano and as she was moving we needed to get it out of her house rather quickly. I called James on a Tuesday to see if they were available that Thursday. He was able to accommodate us and to our delight he had a cancellation on Wednesday and was able to squeeze us in a day early. They were great to work with and we really appreciate them moving such a heavy piano close to 100 km on short notice! We would definitely recommend them to anyone.
