I called James after checking with homestars. I needed to move a baby grand piano and after my initial call, the move was done the next day! He was able to accommodate my request quickly and his crew was organized, very experienced and professional. Even though the move was done on the hottest day of the year and the piano was heavier than a standard upright, he was able to get it done flawlessly in just 2 hrs. I will be calling him in a month to do the follow up piano tuning. Highly recommend.

James and crew were perfect professionals. They accommodated the moving date I asked for with little advance notice, they arrived for the piano pick-up early into the one-hour window they gave me, took very good care of the piano during the move, and set it up in our home without incident, despite our narrow entrance, stairs, and lack of parking. All of the men were polite and professional, and very easy to work with. Oh, and did I mention theirs was the least expensive quote/price I found? What more can I say? Book them! You'll be glad you did.

I found Piano Inside on Kijiji and decided to call James after reading all his positive Homestar reviews. I had an upright piano moved from Etobicoke to Vaughan. I called on Sunday and arranged for the move on Tuesday. James returned my calls quickly, quoted a price over the phone and finalized move details over email. Overall a very efficient process. I needed a very heavy and old upright piano moved from Ajax (Greenwood) to Stoney Lake (northeast of Peterborough). After acquiring estimates and reading testimonials, I decided to use Pianos Inside. James was very quick on returning emails and offered the best price (up to 3 TIMES CHEAPER than the highest estimate). I met James and his 2-man crew at the new location and they had to move the piano on a grvel pathway. Using their truck ramp and some plywood strip I provided, with extreme care, they positioned the piano in exact spot I wanted. I was impressed with their care, knowledge, professionalism and STRENGTH. Thanks, gentlemen. You treated a very precious possession as if it was your very own. James did a thorough and professional job in both appraising and moving the baby grand I was buying. The people who were selling the piano were also pleased with the care in which his crew moved the piano out of their house.

James was very professional and gave a good price for quality service for piano appraisal, piano moving, and tuning.
The only reason that I didn't give a perfect score is that he was late for two visits. However, everything else was done perfectly!

James and his crew moved our Baby Grand from Aurora to Huntsville and moved our Upright from our home there back to Aurora. this was all done in the same day , total distance travelled 500 KM. Everthing went perfect, James is the best, my thanks also to his helpers.

I shopped around a bit for movers for a 44" upright piano. James offered the best price, and his website showed many positive reviews, so I gave him a try. He responded to my emails quickly, and arrived when he said he would. He and his crew were very meticulous about the move, very careful, and there were no bumps, dings, or scratches on the walls or the piano.

Before moving the piano, it had several issues (keys sticking etc), and James was able to fix those issues as well for a reasonable fee.

I'm very pleased with the service I got from James and would not hesitate to use his services again.

James was quick to respond with good pricing, I found him on Kijiji and then looked him up here. Out of about 6 quotes he had the best price and (by far) the best rating on Homestars.
Communication was good and easy
We set a time and he was there within 10 minutes of our agreed time (the house was a little difficult to find)
The move was quick and painless and very professional.

I found James through HomeStar Reviews. He was extremely quick with his responses. I emailed him after 8pm on a Saturday evening, I did not expect a reply that night, but we confirmed a time for a Monday move by Sunday morning. He came with his team of 2 other guys. They were very meticulous with great attention to detail. Any furniture they had to move out of the way were replaced. They did not rush the job, took their time to make sure piano was secured. The job was completed within the 1.5 hours he quoted. At some points I wasn't sure they were strong enough to handle the piano, but at the end everything went well. James has a good team working with him. No complaints, I would use James again if I have to move my piano again and would definitely recommend him to a friend.
