Professional home inspection

Dale recently inspected my new home. I found him to be very professional and thorough in his work. He meticulously examined the entire house, including many small details. Even though some issues were minor, he identified them, which helped me better understand the condition of my home. Additionally, Dale patiently advised me on how to repair and maintain these areas, which was extremely helpful for a novice like me. Terra was FANTASTIC! She was so kind, thorough, knowledgeable, and personable. From the initial contact through email to meeting her in person at the home inspection she was incredibly professional and her customer service was phenomenal. She is organized and I loved that she included a free tape measure and organizational folder. She walks you through everything, labels things and teaches you about your home. We loved the tools she used and the way she included us in the inspection. She is well worth the money and I would 20/10 recommend her for a home inspection. Thanks Terra!

I needed the inspection a week in advance to meet conditions, and Terra was able to get a time set up. On the day of the inspection, she arrived early. The inspection was very thorough. She explained everything she was doing and covered all of my areas of concern.
