Rick has been providing me with lawn & property maintenance for the last four years. He has always been highly professional, honest, reliable and a pleasure to work with. He has an excellent work ethic and does not finish until the job is done correctly and to your satisfaction. This year I had a stepping stone pathway put in and had the deck stained on top of the usual lawn care and gardening. We purchased a house in Burlington that was run down by the previous owner. The outside was terrible to look at; in fact the neighbours were offering to assist in paying for some of the cost.
We hired Rick to come and change the look of our house so that we were proud to be the new owners. The first thing he did was remove everything down to dirt. The removal of an unsightly 30 foot ever green tree with several over grown bushes brought the neighbours to applause!
We have five cars and two motorcycles so the garage and driveway were not enough space to park. Rick widened the driveway to allow us to park four cars at a time. Rick built a great shed in the backyard for our motorcycles to park in. There were stairs to the centre court yard that led to the backyard. Rick landscaped it so that we ride our motorcycles into the shed with great ease.
Our front courtyard was grassed with horrible over grown bushes that covered our large windows. Rick removed the bushes and installed a beautiful patio where we can now sit and enjoy a coffee in the early mornings.
Our back yard had a terrible little concrete patio which Rick turned into a beautiful large patio where we enjoy our bar-b-que dinners.
The centre walkway between the two houses is so well done that it looks like it should be a courtyard cafe.
Rick and his crew re-graded the entire property to ensure no more water would enter the house no matter the weather.
We cannot say enough great things about Rick and his crew. Courteous, helpful, professional, friendly and flexible. There were many times that other contractors were in a bind and Rick's crew were always there to help out. Rick spent a lot of time with us showing us our options of stone tiles for all our patios and walkways. The stone work looks amazing; all of friends and family cannot believe that this is the same house! And the neighbours are thankful for a great job; as Rick’s work has enhanced our neighbourhood. We are so proud to be the new owners of this property thanks to Rick!

Extreme Landscaping & Property Maintenance did an amazing job. The were very knowledgeable and professional about the project. The projects I had done were:

1.Front walkway, porch and driveway boarders.
2. Back yard raised patio and steps.
3. Regrade and sod back yard.

We have used Extreme Landscaping & Property Maintenance for a second time now. This past October Rick and his crew had completed a couple of jobs for us. They had regraded and sodded front and backyard, as well as worked on the front walkway and overlayed the front porch. All the work was completed on time as promised.
