I emailed many companies looking for someone to replace my soffit, fascia, eavestrough and add a gutter guard. Wendel from the The Eavestrough Company was the only company to call me back. Since I needed some repairs done to my roof before the new stuff could be installed it took a little coordinating. Tracy was great at keeping us informed. Tony and his guys did a neat job of installing the new stuff in just one day. Everything was cleaned up before they left. I would definitely use this company again.

Starting our major renovations. Was beginning to loose faith with contractors: shoddy work; extended installation times, etc. You know how that goes. The Eavestrough Company restored much of my lost faith. The crew was fast, accurate, personable and the crew leader never missed an opportunity to explain how the job was progressing the few times I popped outside to review status. We own a 3200 sq ft home; the crew started at 9am and left by 3:30pm after which I walked the driveway and the street in front of the house looking for discarded screws, nails etc. and found nothing. The crew cleaned up very well. The next day it rained hard - an opportunity to inspect the eavestroughs and down pipes in action - no leaks or overflows.

This was a superbly executed renovation.

I can not say enough good about this company. They were on-time for the quotation and the proposal by Wendel was presented professionally. Wendell was extremely knowledgeable and did not try and up-sell me on something I didn't need. Once I gave the green light, the office staff handled scheduling the work expertly and the work on my house commenced on time. The finished work looks incredible! I will absolutely recommend them to family, friends and neighbors!

Hey, wanted to write a review about the Eavestrough Company. It was a really good experience and we're happy in the end, but it wasn't without a few challenges. What I liked about the company was they were honest, they were able to resolve the situation and I'm very glad I stuck with them because the finished product was very well done.

The good: Wendall and Tracy were great from coming out to provide a quote with no pressure, Wendall took time to explain everything that was going on with my old eavestrough (we had a tear, downspouts were busted open, pin's loose on the uppers) basically leaving my old eaves in really bad shape. I really felt comfortable and Wendall was very knowledgeable. I had one quote from another company way higher then Wendall which kind of put me off the industry in general.

Tracy and I were on daily communication to get the eavestrough installation date. The hard part is the weather - they warned me up front that weather could push out the date and it turned out the weather wasn't the issue.

The bad: I had 4 scheduled appointments. The first one the installer looked at the job and backed out - I never saw him at the house and Tracy let me know there was an issue. They put a different crew on my house and 2 no shows had me ready to pack my bags (and most folks give 3 tries which we did here). I had a phone conversation with Wendall and afterwards thought about it and we would give them a 4th try. I'm so glad I did because not only were they quick and efficient working on my house (originally a 1.5 day job) they got it done in a day, they cleaned up everything after them and my eavestrough never looked better. They also colour matched the house perfectly (and it's a hard colour to match).

Overall - a really good experience - I would highly recommend them and there were a few bumps in the road but they overcame them with honesty, transparency and a really awesome looking job!

In my discourse with him, it was evident he knew what he was talking about. I hired them to do the job. Dealing with the office was wonderful. They communicated well with my wife and I.
