In a perfect world the review would read something like, " The doors are beautiful, thank you Doors and More " , end of review . As a potential customer a review like that, although nice, it's not what consumers need to know. I'm writing my review to inform consumers what the company president, Frank Gartner does in the real world if an issue pops up. Briefly, during the installation an accident happened and the door shattered, damaging the shower sill on the way down. Although it's a rare occurrence, in the glass business, in the real world, it can happen and thankfully no one was hurt. First thing in the morning the next day Mr. Gartner contacted me, before I had a chance to contact him and his action was immediate. He said, have the tile people replace the sill and I'll cover all costs, I'll have the glass made up and be ready for installation once the tile work is done. That took five minutes at the most. I want to emphasize two important company practices . The president, Mr. Gartner, can be reached directly without difficulty. Mr. Gartner stands behind his product, the warranty and TAKES ACTION immediately to resolve an issue to 100% customer satisfaction. My shower doors are installed and now is the time to say, Thank you Mr. Gartner and to your professional and friendly staff, " The doors are beautiful and the roller action is super smooth.
