What can I say. The process was seem less and easy. Obvious pros at what they do. It's simply a no brainer to go with Doors & More for all your glass shower needs. Josh (both of them) were pleasant to work with. Installation was timely.

This company is amazing. This was an urgent job and Doors and More was great to work with. After an initial call, they had a team on site to remove a shattered glass shower enclosure and then produced and installed a new one within two weeks. Everyone we dealt with was professional and friendly. I cannot recommend them enough.

We had an excellent experience with using Doors and More for our single sheet of glass for our shower in the basement. The job was scheduled quickly and the installers came in and out without a hitch. The end result looks great! The installers were supposed to call ahead to my contractor to let them in, but they didn't give call him in as far in advance as much as we agreed, but it wasn't a problem because I was home to let them in. Tara organized everything and was really a pleasure to work with! I would use them again without hesitation.

I have hired this doors and more to install a frameless shower door. I was satisfied with their technicians as well as costumer service by Frank. The door hinge was loosen a bit after several months so I called them. They send someone the next morning to fix it without any hassle. They are responsible and stand behind their product. I also love the fact that they do nothing else but glass shower door, this makes them good at what they are doing.

In a perfect world the review would read something like, " The doors are beautiful, thank you Doors and More " , end of review . As a potential customer a review like that, although nice, it's not what consumers need to know. I'm writing my review to inform consumers what the company president, Frank Gartner does in the real world if an issue pops up. Briefly, during the installation an accident happened and the door shattered, damaging the shower sill on the way down. Although it's a rare occurrence, in the glass business, in the real world, it can happen and thankfully no one was hurt. First thing in the morning the next day Mr. Gartner contacted me, before I had a chance to contact him and his action was immediate. He said, have the tile people replace the sill and I'll cover all costs, I'll have the glass made up and be ready for installation once the tile work is done. That took five minutes at the most. I want to emphasize two important company practices . The president, Mr. Gartner, can be reached directly without difficulty. Mr. Gartner stands behind his product, the warranty and TAKES ACTION immediately to resolve an issue to 100% customer satisfaction. My shower doors are installed and now is the time to say, Thank you Mr. Gartner and to your professional and friendly staff, " The doors are beautiful and the roller action is super smooth.
