Doors & More Frameless Shower + Railing Ltd

I had two custom made shower doors installed by this Doors & More. Immediate appointment was given for the dimensions after a quote on the phone. The installation was done on time and professionally. Anyone can sell a product but real customer service is only tested when a service call is required. In this case I had to call the company to fix the sagging doors. Very professionally the service call was made within a week and the problem was resolved. I would not hesitate anyone who wishes to utilize their services. Thank you for a job well done.

I would recommend this company. They came on time, were professional, and pleasant to deal with. They answered all my questions both before the job start and after completion. They did put my mind at ease. I feel I made the right choice.

Experience with Doors and more was amazing from placing an order, all the way to an installation. At first their measuring guy, Josh, came twice (due my mistake) and gave me complete description about their products and what would fit our needs the best without influencing my decision. Then Frank called me to give an estimate time of installation. Since some other contractors were late, I had to postpone installation. Frank accommodated my request without additional charges. Not just that, they actually reduced the cost, since I made some changes in hardware. And I wasn't even aware I'm entitled for lower price !!!! On the day of installation, it turned out that one hinge is slightly different than the other one. Realistically, it was not even easily visible, but one of the installers went back to bring me identical one. Installers were clean, precise, making sure everything is perfectly installed, sealed, cleaned. I was interested about the process and they were very willing to explain to the little details. We renovated one of our bathrooms and need glass shower doors. I contacted Doors and More and spoke to Tara she suggested we go up to their showroom so that we could see what they had to offer. She was great explaining everything and any time we had questions she was easy to contact. The gentleman who came out to install them did a great job and was very thorough and we are extremely happy with the product and the job.

Doors and More came very quickly to measure my door. The man who came to measure did so quickly and was very easy to deal with. At that time we chose finishes and accessories (We added a steam vent). A few weeks later they came to install. The install took a couple hours, and when they were done it looked AMAZING! I've been using the shower for a few weeks now and have had no issues. I for sure recommend this company.

they showed up for a service call to replace the seal on an glass shower enclosure they installed 10 years ago. they were just as professional and courteous for this visit as they were for the original installation. we would use this company for any future needs in our home.
