Family and friends have used Benini Movers several times. Different from the big national mover.....they provide very competitive pricing, competent and professional moving services.

I am a Bulgarian mechanical engineer but my first job in Canada was in the moving business. So I worked for Benini Moving as mover for a year and a half.
Furthermore I used their cervices a couple of times after I found engineering jobs. In this way my opinion is based on my experience as their employee and as their client.

These guys are a very solid moving operation. They took good care of my stuff and didn't break a thing. Also if you want to save a little extra money follow their interactions and wrap your own stuff with your own moving blankets and packing materials. The more of that you do, the more time and money you save. They are priced fairly and you won't have to worry about the move. Piece of mind is everything when you are moving!

Hands down the best moving company I have used. They weren't cheap, but this was the only time I ever moved that there was absolutely no hassle. They obviously knew what they were doing. They communicated clearly by email in advance to arrange a somewhat complicated plan (move some stuff out of my condo first, store it for a month, then move everything from the condo and the storage locker to the new house). They came in advance to drop off boxes, and suggested how many boxes I would need and how long moving would take, quite accurately. On moving day, they arrived exactly on time, moved surprisingly quickly, and nothing was damaged.

I used them again later in a smaller job moving furniture within the house, and they were equally good.

You will not regret getting these movers.
